It is a highlight of my week, and it really helps numb the existential pain of living as we march inevitably toward the end of all things.

I completely understand Seth's desire to find some closure for _Corrections:_ it must be an exorbitantly and probably unsustainably time-consuming segment to reaearch, write, and produce every week, without monetary compensation, and without any support from NBC. If _Corrections_ must end, may I suggest replacing it with a new (more or less weekly) segment, called for example either _Addenda_ or _Errata_ or _Corrigenda_ to deëmphasize the primary corrections-centric thrust of the current series, in order to free up the format and to loosen the content constraints of the current segment, and instead turn it into an experimental weekly-or-so sandbox where Seth can, if necessary, make corrections, but also respond to TH-cam comments, follow up on loose ends from the main show, workshop ideas, try out or beta test new concepts or ideas for the main program, share exclusive "jackals-only" content, share segments cut from the main show due to time or format or legal/FCC reasons, and/or basically be a lab or makers' space where Seth can do or try out anything he wants ancillary, adjacent, and/or supplementary to the main show without the constraints on his artistic and/or creative freedom to which content for the broadcast show would otherwise normally have to adhere

Lead in pencils was the only correction this week. I understand now. After Episode 100, Seth will stop making mistakes entirely. He will be truly unstoppable, and we will be to blame.

Corrections may be the greatest example of the Social Media Satire Genre to date. I literally cackle out loud sitting alone in my apartment over breakfast every Friday. Brilliant!
Its very evident that Corrections, for all that Seth whines about it, does inspire some of the funniest and most creative gags in the show. Seth crying with laughter as he pulls up the Mikey the Shoe puppet is one of the funniest things in the shows' 10 year history.
The creative energy bouncing between Seth and the Jackals is *why* this show works
Couldn't have said it better, as I watched him cry laughing it made me feel genuinely happy to be here watching with all of the Jackals.

Correction: in order to lower the quality of corrections before #100, you have to make them less awesome and hilarious. Because this one was awesome and hilarious. So much jackal love to all y'all!

It's always my favorite thing when he can't stop laughing and rubs his eyes and tries so hard not to. Almost as good as when John Oliver is a guest and starts laughing and jumps up and down in his seat...makes me laugh so hard!! 😂

When Seth started laughing, I thought 'this is got to be really funny!' but then the longer it went on, I started to think it couldn't possibly live up to all that hype. Then it exceeded it.
I wouldn’t say Seth broke, I’d say he tore to pieces. And then proceeded to try to gather himself, like «we’ll fix that in post»… Beautiful.

Correction - in the "Corrections: Behind the Curtains" segment, Seth says he thought we might enjoy hearing all those options at once, but then plays the options one after another, instead of simultaneously.
I agree, and also was sad to hear that he effectively told the Sea Captain what to say, instead of asking for his feedback and sincere response to the comment. But, then again, the Captain is probably very busy this time of year... um... flubbing animals or something.
Even still, that bit gave me quite the chuckle.

This show is why Seth genuinely seems like a great guy to hang out with
Seth’s willingness to share his vulnerabilities on Corrections plus his love for the crew make it even more enjoyable to watch. He never hesitates to express his love for his family, friends and coworkers, and one day maybe Scollins will be included.
should do an episode with the camera pointed at the Corrections 'audience'. for the entire episode. and put Seth in a picture-in-picture box in the corner. this experiment will completely transform late night. it would probably win one of those weird emmys for being so completely groundbreaking.

I will not stand for these lies. Conan literally had the same thing, "Fan corrections", with a bigger budget and fans sending in correction clips, unlike you jackals who submit snarky TH-cam comments.
Honestly, he and Corrections is the perfect antithesis for Trump and MAGA. Where the former is all about being honest about accuracy and acknowledging criticism, full of fun and laughter, and brings random people together, the latter is everything opposite of that.

Please don’t stop after 100. This is by far the best segment on any late night show.
Every week, Corrections gives me a short reprieve from the nightmare that is existence.
One small note: this is actually only the 8th corrections and you still have to do 92 more. I fear you must have had a head injury and hallucinated another 90 episodes. Trust me, I'm not a doctor but I did play one back in grade school.

So happy to see a return of the Sea Captain! Seth's inability to keep a straight face for the reveal of the Mikey the Shoe puppet was hilarious.
I fell in love with this show during the Pandy. I kicked and screamed with the thought of the audience coming back because I wanted to keep the crew all to myself- an intimate moment of laughing the pain away each day with my friends I'd never met- the Jackals. Corrections was the promise that Seth wasn't leaving us, that he still cared... but you can't pay the bills with love; it was time for all of us to brace ourselves and go forth into our new world, our new normal. This show has done more for me than any mental health from the VA. Laughter is good for the mind, and especially good for the soul. Love you, Late Night crew 💙

I don't know what I was expecting with that leadup to the Shoemaker gift, but that really is perfection.
I enjoy long walk jokes. The magic of corrections is just how long we've been walking to get to these, and we'll keep walking because they keep getting better.
I am beginning to accept that he is serious, this is the end of Corrections. I can't quite recall other stages of grief. Denial? I already expressed this last week with my "please NO" comments - with 1000's of others. Anger? what is there to be angry about? What a gift this masterpiece has been! I am completely grateful to have experienced this short run series of extraordinary genius in real time. So while we're all sad about Corrections ending, remember that all artists have many shows, albums, paintings, movies, recipes, etc.. inside of them. As each project completes it creates space for the next. And for all future callbacks from Seth about Jackels, Bird Bane, Mac, losing Emmy's to John Oliver - all of "us" get to nod & laugh because we were here when it happened. TY Seth! 💕

Seth, your John and Jim impressions are by far my favorite thing on TH-cam. I still go back to your bit about them guarding Hannibal Lecter, watch it, and laugh as though seeing it for the first time again. I've had friends promote their projects on your show before, and while I am jealous that they got some amazing screen time with you, the fact that they've likely met John and Jim in real life fills me with a rage that is almost indescribable

SETH: **Corrections** is one of the things that makes you/your show unique. You have secured your niche in late night in so many ways: Your ability to laugh at your goofs. Your utter enjoyment of jokes that have you cracking up before you can even get the words out. Your rapport with your audience is unmatched among late night hosts, most of whom I include in my nightly rotation. And Corrections is both emblematic and causational of that rapport. Screw the network. If you enjoy it, please know that we do, too, and that is all that should count in your decision whether or not to ax it.

My favourite part was when the Sea Captain said "Fah cough, Dude!"
The crew was pretty silent for the different Fah cough, Dude multiple takes bit but I was LOL the first time in this episode. Not the last time though.
Corrections brings me so much joy. For me, there’s nothing in late night comedy more consistently funny and yet also somehow heartwarming to watch. It’s a uniquely genius segment that I’m so grateful for, and I’m praying that it’s not really over after the 100th episode. Either way, I want to say thank you to Seth and the whole Late Night team for your brilliant comedy, for letting us in on the jokes, and for making me feel a part of something special.
I think we need a "Cicada, cicada!" update in episode 100. The people are desperate for details.

Can't believe I've spent three years of Friday mornings like this. I'm going to miss it!
PLEASE keep making Corrections. In Australia, we get it on Fridays and it is the perfect end-of-the-week watch. It has never failed to make me laugh out loud, and what better way to start a weekend than that. It got most of us through COVID and for me, it helped me get through my awful melanoma cancer journey. Seeing you and your work family just being genuine and laughing about yourselves and your art makes us feel part of that family, And there's no other show that does that as well as you do. And if you do stop, I swear to God if /when I lose my personal battle, I will come back and haunt you as Mac Tonight until you bring it back again to bring some joy back to all my fellow jackals.

Can you imagine a syndicated Corrections? It's already hard enough to keep track, logistically and also emotionally, when you've been faithfully watching for years, but the thought of some college-aged punk coming home from class ten years from now, lighting a joint, and watching re-runs of Corrections on Spike TV makes me really place a lot of hope in the strength of future weed.

That Mikey the Shoe ending was magnificient. If it truly is the end of Corrections at episode 100, it has been pure joy to witness. I probably never laugh more during than week then when I watch, and it is has been somewhat inspiring for me to see people who genuinely have mastery over their craft and show a lot of joy (and sillyness) in the process of creating something for people to enjoy.
Same. I sit here at my desk WFH while laughing hysterically and wiping the tears from my eyes. If he really does end at 100, I'll have to just start watching all over again from the very 1st Legos/Lego Blocks correction.

I want to say thank you Seth for this brilliant show. I'm originally from Los Angeles but I've been living in China for the past thirteen years. And during the COVID years it was impossible for us to travel back to the US to see family for 3 years. Corrections was one of the bright spots of my week during times of lockdowns and COVID tests. It was like a little Taste of Home. Every Friday, my boss and I would always contact each other and laugh about the latest corrections. I hope you know that for every Jackal that's out there causing some kind of grief or distress there is at least ten of us enjoying how you handle it. Perhaps someday you may consider doing corrections maybe once a month, so the crew can still have their betting pool, and we can still get updates about your wonderful staff as you expertly impersonate them. (especially Mikey the Shoe) and people like me can have something to look forward to and laugh at, at the end of a long week of work.

100 % agree ❤ also I generally appreciate comedy with props as well as comedic theatre plays which live on props 😅 Corrections is great for that to me 🎉🎉🎉

I've gotten a LOT of laughs out of Corrections, but none may top the gut-buster that happened while watching Seth break in the lead-up to the Mikey the Shoe puppet reveal. I will be very sad when Corrections is over, but I feel it's going out on a high note. Bravo! Also, would you be willing to do an anniversary episode of Corrections for us once a year?

You know... the behind the scenes segment made me realise something: humans are a type of mammal and part of the animal kingdom on the taxonomic tree of life... meaning that all of Seth's flubs are technically animal flubs.
