Very cool light Chris! I really have fallen in love Seaoura and their lights. I think this would be awesome outside in my pond with the different color lights. Great breakdown and review Chris
I too really like their lights. I only have one thing that isn't a light of theirs and that is a heater. Yes I said a heater hahaha and it works fine. I will be putting a submersible light in my pond inside and I think I probably will go with a different color effect than the above lighting, but we'll all come
Another great product, I have one that goes in the water, I've been using it for about 5 years and it has never let me down, love all the control you have over that light, awesome review Chris!
Thanks Greg. The only thing with these is you have to constantly wipe them down so they don't get an algae buildup as you have probably already dealt with. Thanks again pal
I trust the light so I'm not overly nervous about it. I will probably hook it up to a GFI though hahaha. I really hope to be able to use this light in my indoor pond in and around my anubias
Good day Chris and great video as always. My friend . I really do like the lights man they make the tanks pop. And your aquatic plants are looking really healthy this year. I'll see you on your next video
Thanks so much Timothy. I appreciate it. That means a lot. I try to make the plants healthy as possible given proper lighting. Thanks again for watching and commenting
Decent looking light, I like how when you use individual colours all the plants turn that colour, I imagine it would be a very cool effect along with an overhead lamp.
I didn't know this submersible led ceiling light, it must have a very good resistance to pressure and time. Excellent light and programming with the controller. Have a nice weekend Chris
I love mine especially the fact if I put it onto my timer ring it remembers it’s previous settings I’ve got one Hygger one lately I love but after clicking the remote for the ring I have to turn the standby button Little things mean a lot
Interesting light there. I like that 8 and 10 hours are included in the timer mode, I don't see those options a lot on programmable lights and they're the ones I do most often. I also like the look of the spectrograph for full spec. Your tank looks really nice too! Great review and demonstration, Chris! 🙂👍
@@stubbsaquatics6080 You are Welcome 🤗! I am doing good 😊 for an old guy. Trying to avoid all this hot 🥵 weather!!!! I understand your area has been hot 🥵 as well! Trying to enjoy 😊 my Shubunkins!
Thats the nicest submersible light ive seen, i like the thin profile as opposed the tubular types. Lots of features on the light . You did a great review chris🙂👍🏻
You are very welcome Camille. I am certainly glad to hear that you liked it. If I can help in anyway let me know. Thanks so much for watching and commenting 😁
Seems pretty cool Chris and a pretty easy controller too. We like the idea of it being submersible because if you took it down deep enough, it might cancel out some of the glare that you get from it being on top like they normally are…… and of course you could put it on the bottom or the sides for some cool effects like we like to mess around with having lighting from the bottom is a really unique thing in an aquarium and a lot of people never experiment with that but of course, you know that we do it gives you a very different view of your fish being lit up from the bottom then, of course if you have lighting on the top and the bottom, then it’s just an extra awesome
Aquarium lighting continues to change at a rapid pace and this light is no exception. I like the fact it has so many time and light intensity options compared to others you have reviewed in the past. The size or should I say lack of size is impressive considering the available features. If used as a submersible light what's the likelihood algae would grow on the light itself? Just wondering what you think.
It does have some pretty amazing features and it certainly doesn't take up a lot of space. I like the shape of it. And its capability. As for algae buildup, you are correct. That is something that you have to constantly wipe off, just like any underwater light in a pool in a hot tub should be enough chlorine in those but you know what I mean
I just got one with the same controller. But dont think its the underwater one. My question is can I set it to come on a certain time and off at a certain time and will it do the sun rise and sunset option? Sorry if thats a dumb question.
Hey CJ Thanks for watching and commenting. Not a dumb question at all. On the 24/7 yes there is a sunrise and sunset There is a form of it on the other mode as well as it ramos up in the morning and slowly goes down in the evening on the timer settings

You do have to wipe them down but it all depends how many hours a day you run them
Good outdoor light against rain. I'm too anxious to submerge it but I'll take advantage of the waterproof feature as a rainproof on outdoor setups.

Thanks Nick. When I do my pond downstairs I will be using an underwater light like this with the intentions of having an as overhead light as well

I can't change to the correct time in the 24hr mode. It won't do what yours does. What am I doing wrong?
Hi Jennifer
When you get to the 24/7. Flashing and basically the horseshoe lit up you can switch the time with the arrow ahead button.
Still have no idea how to set the mode after watching
I am so sorry Tammy.
Seaoura can be a bit tricky but once you get used to it you will love it
How can I help
