When I was living in Japan when I was younger I didn't really know it was a blue shade I always saw it as like green or something. And those curtains, they are all over the place in tokyo! And while I was living there, people wear glasses all the time, but It didn't bother me. And the restrooms always look very nice and most the times in like big places, like the mal, the toilets can clean you know what.
Fun fact, in a Japanese anime, there is a character called Ken Midori, and his favorite color is green, and in modern Japanese, midori is green
