Great hunt Gin, greetings from Montana. Fall is here and the weather is changing and getting cool. Probably only another month of detecting this year. It is nice to be able to watch those who can detect all year.
Hi Donald, you are my temporary neighbor.🙌 I’m grateful to be able to hit the road and try to find places to detect during winter. I guess if Wyoming were home, then I’d be trucking myself to those California beaches during the winter. I couldn’t be snowed in for months with no detecting!😱😱😱

That’s the truth! The beaches have been so tough this year. Everywhere I’ve gone has been “sanded in” per the locals. I enjoy the change of pace that relic hunting in the west offers.

We've just gone through our "wild & wacky" surmising/postulating phase down here on some unidentified finds...now for the serious research phase...to determine WHAT the finds are, and where they came from. Good luck on ya'lls Wyoming hunting. I'd say that's quite a historic & very interesting area.
@@LuckyGin It IS fun doing the "what-if" approach...the human brain is an enormous "storehouse" of info - sometimes surprisingly useful. ... Did you get the info I mailed to you? Did it help your research in Wyoming area? Hope so. Good luck hunting...hope you find a bunch...
It may have been a cold windy day but on your channel there's always bright and beautiful detectorist. Not a bad hunt at all. It will be a long time before that target rich field is played out.
Wyoming? Why not try Oklahoma? Have you ever detected along side creeks? I use to scavenge them in the winter to avoid the snakes. I found everything from aluminum cans to car batteries in the stream. I wouldn't recommend eating the fish 🐠.

So amazing that you're finding all these civil war relics. But I have to admit, I sit here in sorrow thinking about all the young men who lost their lives in that exact same field.

Awww, well thank you David. It was cold - the temperature was falling throughout the day and I couldn’t feel my fingers by the time we wrapped up.
This is what I’d call a ‘target-rich environment’. I’m the guy who would be digging every target and getting frustrated. Great to see you Gin!

This coil won’t work on it, but they do make a similar one that will work on the Time Ranger Pro and the Platinum if you have one of those.
