    I would recommend bleeding the oil pump from any air if you’ve disconnected the main oil hose. Crack open the 7mm screw on top of the oil pump while the bike is at idle to remove any air.

    I just became the owner of a beautiful ‘91 NSR250 that has sat for 12 years.
    I will definitely be hitting you up for information.
    Great video, btw.
    Mine turns over just fine, incredibly enough it still has brakes (the syrup like fluid will obviously be replaced)
    I’m wondering mostly about changing jets as it was a California bike and now resides in Utah at 4600 feet.

      Thanks for the video and info. I need your help. I have this bike and I am rebuilding it right now, it’s the Rothmans 94 NSR 250 mc 28. I was wondering if you could tell me what order the power valve cables hook up to the pulley motor…

      Thank you. Its fun but sometimes its alot of dirty work. I'm hoping to test fire this bike up in a week or 2. Do you have a similar bike?
