I love Islamic art. It's so different to western art, and their script is just beautiful. Their traditional music once your ear becomes accustomed to it is such a delight to listen to. However the geometry and sophistication of their visual art on buildings is to die for. When your faith does not allow figurative art, all that's left is geometry, and the complexity of it is astounding.
Wester art is more about oneself his or her feelings emotions... In Islamic art it is only about *almighty*...Personal feelings are just a *stir in the cup*
"Islamic art" the concept is extensible: from the Alhambra in Spain, the Ottoman style in Turkey, the Arab in the Arab world, such as the one in the video in Iran and parts of Central Asia. In Kyrgyzstan, completely different mosques. In Russia, others. There is no single Islamic world. In Islam, and the Persians and Arabs and Turkics, in Africa, in southeast asia etc. unite the "Muslim" countries under the East or Islamoi. Anyway, to say that Europe is a monostructure. In fact, everything is more difficult Alexander the Great reached the modern territory of Kyrgyzstan. Bukhara and Samarkand (at one time Maracand was called the peer of Rome, also 7 in BC) at that time. Let me remind you that Uzbekistan borders on Kyrgyzstan. Thus, on the territory from the Mediterranean Sea to Central Asia, after the death of the Macedonian, Hellenistic states were formed. before Islam, there was Buddhism in Central Asia. And the walnuts were brought to Greece by the ancient Greeks. The largest walnut forest in the world is located in Kyrgyzstan. Huge natural walnut crops. The concept and commonality of Europe arises in the Middle Ages with the collapse of the Western Roman Empire. when barbarian states are formed on its territory and they absorb the cultural heritage of the Roman Empire and the ancient world. Until this, Western civilization did not exist. There was no East and West. It was Eurasia. The same Phoenicians that build Carthage from the Middle East.
