इस योगा के सेशन मे हम कई ऐसे आसन का अभ्यास करेंगे दो बहुत ही आसान मगर बहुत ही लाभदायक भी होता है ।
अभ्यास की शुरुआत आसन से करेंगे फिर प्राणायाम और प्रैक्टिस का अंत करेंगे ध्यान कर के । हम साथ में सिर्फ़ ५ मिनट ध्यान करेंगे ।
यह पूरा अभ्यास एक पैकेज होगा जो आपके शरीर मन और सांस को नियंत्रित करेगा और अच्छि सेहत देगा।
अभी के समय में हम सब ने एक चीज़ ज़रूरी सीखी है की सेहत का ध्यान देना बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण है । सेहत ही सब कुछ है।
यह अभ्यास को हमें अपने माता पिता और घर कि सभी बड़े बुजुर्ग को भी बोलना चाहिए करने कि लिए.
