800k+ for a 4/2 is insane. For that price in El Paso...they need three bathrooms at least

The problem with this area is that the lots are super small. There isn’t a single lot that is at least 75’ wide or 1/4 acre. The backyards are super small and the HOA from the looks of it has no desire to plant greenery to brighten up the community. If you want a 3 or 4 car garage it’s gonna be tough

I jumped at the opportunity to buy at cimarron canyon 2 years ago and it has definitely paid dividends. Beyond that, I personally love the area and the surrounding amenities. As far as lots go, yes definitely most are pretty small. I got lucky in that my lot is significantly bigger than the average one

I’m curious, what are the dimensions of your lot? I didn’t see a single lot in this area that was nicely proportioned

I live in Cimarron. I love it, wouldn’t live anywhere else. Have lived here several years and have seen the area develop quickly. At first I didn’t care for all the development but now I like it, restaurants are great and were getting a West Tx Chophouse and Chedders. I don’t ever have to leave my neighborhood unless I want to. Been approached about selling because it’s very desirable area but again I love it here so plan to stay here a long time.

I don’t think so, I expect them to build larger homes in the future. Enchanted Springs might be a good option though.

Help me out John. I’m a travel mri tech trying to buy a house in El paso. My credit is ok and I’m a student at UTEP. I don’t know how to get started buying a home. Something they should teach in schools. Thanks

Over priced. Over taxed. Tiny lots.
