El Paso is a weird city that it caters to the wealthy rich from the west side. Sunland Park Mall is not and will never be supported by the rich wealthy people from the westside. I was born in El Paso and moved out in 1994, because the job market was so bad it was very hard to keep a job. Though very cheap to live, but hard to keep a good job. I would say Socorro, is the best area to live at, since i was raised there. I remember when i was a kid, life was great. But my question is why are older homes bad? You dont need a new home to live in EP.

Amigo tu como agente de vienes raíces deberías informarte más antes de hablar….eso si quieres vender y tener buena reputación. El Northeast es super grande y tiene muchas áreas super chidas…mucho mejor o igual que mesquite hills. Esta north hills east, esas casas si están mucho más cerca de la bella vista de las montañas de nuestra hermosa cuidad. También esta north hills west, pleasant hills, cooperstown, northtowne village, stone ridge , campos del sol y un area nueva que no se el nombre pero esta arriba de mesquite hills. El area que mencionas de Angela triangle esta muy abajo de northeast y se quedó atrás y todo esta mejor que antes. Otra cosa no solo es la vista de las montañas es también la gente los negocios, respirar aire puro. Asta en lo alto de el paso casi todo northeast eso nos cuida de inundaciones y sabes lo mejor de todo el tráfico no se tiene que usar el feo y terrible I-10. Tenemos US54, loop 375, podemos usar el 601 también.. mi punto es que si de verás eres profesional y quieres vender o que tus colegas vendan di las cosas como son. Tus opiniones sin muy tullas pero al cliente dile la verdad no tus opiniones…

Im the opposite, l am retiring and was debating on where . It came down to las cruces or el paso. I chose las cruces. Las cruces does have some of those modern style homes that people love, not me ! But las cruces has beautiful adobe mixed with that spanish colonial l love. I went to Arizona and san diego, not affordable!

I found El Paso quite racist. I grew up there. If it’s not apparent you are Hispanic or you are an outspoken republican or black yes I said it racism is real in all cultures. Think before you move there. Think water. Distance from a turbulent border. Those taxes are awful! There is no work there many years ago there was but nafta and dissolving of border regulations. Beto is there and if you knew this dude . lol well the city is pushy try living out in the county of instead just not Socorro school district those taxes I heard were ball busting!

Still building a bunch of nonsense none of those things are gonna put EP on the map besides this is a border city the economy relies heavily on having outsider coming to spend here but they aren’t going to spend on these bullcrap developments
