Used to set up my walkman in a vison tye dyed hip pack when i raced BMX as a 18 yr old... Id load Trash city and time it so when the gate would drop the music would start cranking... cant tell u how many races that got me thru to a win on the US National Bicycle League in 18 over Expert... Totally agree, Wendy was way too much for the very low grade music press/media at the time to handle and combined with the timeless Transvision Vamp 'perfect pop rock' songs they were a formidable band.
