My neighbor turned me on to this channel. I really love the short works outs (20-30min). I used them after work to reach 10K steps in for the day. Its been too cold to walk the past weeks and since covid I no longer go to the gym-so these are perfect. I have not done a longer work out, but plan to start them on the weekends. Thank you!!!!!!

Hi Coach Paul, Ah - V here (lol) how you doing. Thank you for waking up my body this morning, I sure needed that body wake up call. It's snowing lightly here in Brooklyn but it's all good just as long as it doesn't stick.
I love this. My husband and I work out with Paul every morning. It is as close as I have ever gotten to my husband to dancing. This is one of the best workouts we have done with Paul and your entire body feels so good afterward.
Thank you Coach Paul. This is my all time favorite exercise routine so far. Why? Because I only rest ONCE before the end while I rest THREE-FOUR times with your other routines...lol! I know that as I build up stamina & resistance I will be able to minimize my rest times during the others as well. I have an upcoming surgery this month & want to lose as many pounds as I can prior & will continue to my goal weight (130 - 150 lbs) after recovery. Woohooo, pumped & ready to go!!!

I started looking for easier, low- impact exercise videos a few days ago.I had both my knees replaced last year and have to watch what I do.No jumping,hopping,running or kneeling.Your video had no floor exercises and were easy to follow.I enjoyed your up- beat attitude and the spiritual references at the end.I am a born- again Christian so I enjoyed your whole demeanor.I haven't been able to be active in many years and gained alot of weight because of it.I want to eventually lose 100 pounds.It is a long- range goal.I look forward to doing your exercise videos daily. Thank you.😀
