Richard smith’s story was what made me go carnivore over a year ago. I’ve lost over 100lbs and off all my meds!! He’s definitely one of my carnivore superheroes.. thank you dr Abs. New subbie here

This is one of the most informative interviews Richard has made. I was daunted when I saw near 3 hours however hung on every topic. I cant but feel the kick back the carnivore space is currently getting will quickly dissolve when AI becomes more established, and will hunt out the truth from the evidence available on the web. Stick at it guys!

Very interesting point about lactic acid buildup in muscles. I have been spin biking for a few years and used to be held back by the pain in my thigh muscles. About 8 months ago I noticed that my thighs didn’t get painful anymore in the same way yet only my diet had changed. I didn’t correlate the two together initially because it took me over a year to become fully fat adapted. I had been malnourished for decades, eating mostly veges and plants.

This is one of the best interviews I’ve seen in a long time. Great work Abs! 👏🏼👏🏼
Bit of a marathon, but that’s because Richard is so thorough and knowledgeable and it was nice the way you two batted it back n forth on various topics.
    His life story is inspirational!
Rich also deserves so much credit for not ‘promoting’ his product, not that there’s anything wrong with that as he’s just trying to make a living like the rest of us and is operating in an extremely competitive market. I can personally attest to how powerful his ‘Raspberry Bomb’ exogenous ketones product is. I generally use this on leg training days in the gym and it’s nothing short of phenomenal, in terms of how you feel, your energy, and your mental clarity and focus. No BS! Try it…
I look forward to seeing your video Abs on these…👊🏼
    Thanks again guys! 🙏🏼

Thank you so much for this video.
I use the keto pro electrolytes that Richard has produced and they are fantastic.
Although I'm a woman of 56, I weight train and cycle and this product helps me a lot.
I've been ill with the flu very recently and I'm suffering with gut issues even though I've been a carnivore without cheating for 155 days now. I unfortunately have had to take antibiotics something I didn't want to do because I know it will muck me up further.
These videos are inspirational and keep me going when I feel like throwing the towel in because I still get ill, or when people blame this diet for my illnesses which have been long standing with me.
Thank you Dr. Abs and thank you Richard Smith. Your saving lives 🙏

I'm seriously considering a carnivore diet now, but one thing which is really bugging me is the social aspect. I want to be able to spend the weekend relatively care free, that means late nights out drinking alcohol (not tonnes of it, but say 15 units - so about 4 gin and tonics on Friday night and another 4 on Saturday night). I also want to be able to have at least a couple of social meals where I will generally eat what I want and if I see something on the menu which is more carnivore based I will select that.
Would this lifestyle be healthy if I truly am 100% disciplined with carnivore, sleep and exercise on the weekdays?
Would I still be long term using these special efficient ketones which are mentioned if I do this lifestyle?

Mate you could feel a lot better without, however make a compromise. So, don't eat carbs but you can drink vodka with soda water for example. That way you still have fun but don't exactly break carnivore.

You could possibly stick to a Keto way of eating when you go out and change to carnivore the rest of the time. With the alcohol I’d just make sure it’s a clear spirit with a sugar free mixer or sparkling water.

Sorry offtopic. But doesn't tretinoin cause increased aging effects if used long term. We know that each time a cell divides. The telomeres length shorten. If according to this Tretinoin should have aging effects long time. As shortening of telomere length cause aging. Pls can u clear this up. Thanks in advance

      @danisharshad1354 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

@@Cornelius-David Let’s talk the epidermis, which is the outermost part of your skin. The skin contains epidermal stem cells. When these cells divide, one daughter cell exits the cell cycle and begins what we call terminal differentiation. That cell moves from the lowest (basal) layer of your epidermis to the top layer and then sloughs off. By the time it’s at the top it’s essentially a dead keratin husk. But those stem cells on the basal layer just keep churning out new cells over and over again. Tret increases that turnover rate.
Telomerase, along with many other factors, helps keep stem cell genomes stable so that they can keep dividing indefinitely.
(Edit) TL/DR: Unlike other cell types, stem cells don’t have a limited life span. So Tret making them divide faster doesn’t make them die sooner. This means Tret will not make you age faster.
Source: Genetics PhD here, my research was on genetic regulation of epidermal differentiation.
      Edit : Found the answer
