Treyco 2000 Powered on an Inverter

I picked up a used taco 2000 inverter along with some other sharpening equipment. I don't need this machine but thought I would keep it and ultimately do some mobile sharpening if it would run on my power system in my truck. I had heard rumor that these machines had a heavy draw on start up. Well they were right. But if you can get the disc spinning before powering up it will work. I have a 2000W inverter and it is a little to lite for this machine.
