Thank you for watching, as always, my Bro!! Yup, Libertad is my fave annual release. It’s all Uncle Burnie’s fault. Silver to Burn showed me the light on the older Onza style and the rest is history.
I just received my first one. It is a 2019 5oz. I must say it is probably the most beautiful piece I own. I managed to get a good deal on it through Apmex at the start of the current crisis (I only just received it too).
I’m glad you enjoyed watching, my friend!! I’m so sorry for the long while on my reply. The Libertad is my favorite annual release now and we can thank Uncle Burnie. He turned me onto the Onza style and I haven’t looked back since 😉 My goal is to have the complete run of these someday. All the best to you, Dean
@@CSAN Never a worry my cheery friend. Good to see you any time. Bernie is one of the ones responsible for my pouring. I bought a bear claw and when I got it thought "Hey, I can do that" and onward it goes. Louie sent me my first Libertad and the rest is history on that one. Like you I just can't get enough, LOL. Take care and have a beauty weekend old friend.
Silver Bean Counter thanks for checking them out. I started out with one of the older design and slowly became hooked. As I tried to fill in some dates, I realized how difficult it was to find certain years. Now it’s my main collection of annual bullion. Thanks again
Thank you for watching and for the very nice comments. I too am trying to complete the full run of 1 oz. I have had good luck at coin shows with some of the older years.
Fresh stack. La Casa de Moneda de México have a very good buisness model. They are consistent in quality and they don't just aimlessly pump out coins. Definitely a safe haven within a safe haven..not to mention the proofs are 🔥🔥 great vid
Congrats on getting the kilo! Wow. Yeah the fractional sizes are harder to find capsules that fit exactly. I miss being able to attend coin shows where they have all the various size capsules available for purchase. 😢 Thanks for watching!!
Thanks for watching, Silver Cat!! I was surprised a few months back when I saw the mintage number for 2018 and have been adding one every now and again when I order other stuff. With spot low right now it might be time for a tube of them. 🤔 It’s great seeing that you visited, my friend. I’m always thinking of you and that great Hot Wheels video you made a while back. That was such fun. All the best!!
That’s a tough one to find sometimes. I use a 48 mm direct fit. I’ve been able to get them at coin shows once in a while. I’m sure someone has them online. I’m not sure they are made by Air-Tite but they are of similar quality. They are a tight fit, so care is needed to get them set properly without damaging the coin. The capsule has sort of an indented edge as compared with typical Air-Tites. I paid $1.75 each for the capsules. Hope this helps. Thanks very much for watching 👍
@@CSAN Thanks for the prompt reply.... If you find a link to the capsule you use please feel free to share as I need capsules for the 2 oz & 5 oz BU versions.
Thank you very much for watching and commenting!! Libertad is my favorite annual bullion. It’s been a tough year without being able to buy any so far in 2020. I’ve seen the 1 kilo but nothing for the 1 oz yet. No worries on the thumbs down. It’s a badge of honor 😂 I used to have two haters, now I’m down to one 😉
The 1 oz 2019 was around $21, I think. But, Silver spot price was a little higher when I bought mine. They are closer to $20 right now. The 1984 goes for around $25 on APMEX. Thanks for watching
@@CSAN thanks for the info just one more quick question im going to a coin show I haven't been to before they have prices advertised for some of the sellers coins and some are over priced what things can I mention to get retail value for the coins I want??
daniel morales first off...enjoy the show and have fun!! My suggestion for negotiating at a coin show is to first become very familiar with recent sale prices for whatever you’re after. Check recently completed eBay sales, taking into account the condition of the coins sold. Red Book prices are not always accurate. If the coin dealer at the show has prices marked or listed, they may be slightly inflated in hopes that someone will simply pay the asking price. It can never hurt to ask for a price you feel comfortable paying, with the thought that you may have to walk away to make your point that you are not willing to pay their advertised price. If they give you a hard time, walk away and go to another table. Often the dealer will come down a bit if they know you are interested in multiple coins. For example, if you want three coins, tell them what you’re willing to pay for all three. As long as you’re not trying to lowball them, they should either accept your offer or they may counter offer for slightly more than your offer but still less than buying each one separate at their asking price. I’d say the biggest tip is to be confident. Dealers want to sell, and as the buyer, you have leverage and can simply walk away. I hope this helps. If I think of another tip I’ll write back. Good luck!!!
Optimus Locust thanks for watching. To be considered a coin, the piece must have a denomination. The Libertad has no denomination, only weight. Therefore it is considered a round. Sounds crazy but that’s the reasoning behind the statement. Hope it makes sense. Thanks again
I know what you mean. No matter what, I’m all into Libertads. I probably have just as many if not more than the number of silver Eagles I own. Seems odd that the major bullion of a country wouldn’t be a coin🤷♂️
Love that pile at the beginning.
Brilliant video, buddy
Paranoid Philosopher thank you, my friend! My favorite annual bullion for sure 👍
Love those Libertads. Thanks for the show my friend.

💯 Libertods i have a few of the 80's and 2014, 2023 .
I would love to have the reverse proofs . Or proof gold coin.
Solid collection sir.
Thank you so much!! I’ve slowed down a bit but still add some every year. I appreciate you checking out my vid. 👊 Congrats on your collection
Beautiful. They are among my favorite coins.
Silver Eyed Stacker thank you for watching!
Wow absolutely stunning. Great stack of libs you have .

No doubt about it, the libs are nice to behold. I pick them up randomly here and there but I'm not really a collector of them.

Nice looking Libertads.

Awesome collection of Libs,I think some of the fractional sizes have lower mintages
JRW3 thanks for watching! Being more of a collector than a true stacker, I like the prospect of occasional low mintage numbers
I adore Libertads, but I know I would never get my premiums back when selling.
Thanks for watching!! You’re right about premiums depending on where you sell. The key date Libertads have upside tho
Are you 💪up Ag? I've sort of come to an end with Libertads with the Antiqued version but will keep an eye out in the future.
Dr Who I understand about the antiqued snafu. Apparently, they’re going to offer them again this year 😩
Just having some fun 💪 😉

I have a 1 0z 2006 silver libertad, what is it worth today? And I have a 5 Oz 1994 pirámide del castillo, does anyone know how much it is worth now?

What if the Mexicans start the SHTF?
...well, I do have a fair amount of Tuvalu and Niue to work with. They’re in no position to bring the S 😬 Diversity is the key
