One of the best and most thorough front lever tutorials, salute!
Most Complete front lever tutorial I ever seen.
amigo, excelente tutorial, hermoso lugar para entrenar y la mejor elección musical, te felicito, muchas gracias de corazón. Un gran abrazo desde Argentina!!
Try externally rotating before retracting/depression in the hang position, you'll feel the lower traps and rhomboids contract a lot better.
What a great teacher you are ! !
Best fl tutorial ever seen, make more tuts, you`re great bro, good to see your recovery goes well :p
body as machine, epic tutorial and music, thx man and respect !
NICE tutorial man, thanks for uploading this
best tutorial ever!!!
can you share your diet and what you do do for legs much appreciated!!!
subbed ;)
Best front lever tutorial in youtube
Excellent tutorial. Have you other tutorial videos for plange, and other types of pull-up stylings?
best tutorial
Please, make a tutorial about press to handstand!!!!
thanks for the best tutorial ive seen. i have one question, right now i can hold static lever with on leg tucked and one full extended but im not sue if my arms are correct. i have them locked out but when i look at videos of it my elbows seem to point in and my arms look curved. i think this is called hyper extension is this ok? please reply
More tutorials plssss :DDD
Raise to tuck looked like a harder progression than raise to adv tuck hehe. Too strong to be able to do a tuck raise? hehe
is the advanced tuck same as regular tuck but knees are less bent?
the sex part made me happy... nohomo?
your tuck and advanced tuck look very similar. I can see the differences but when I actually do them I find your version of "advanced" tuck to actually be easier.
your "tucked" and "advanced tucked" looked the same..
Have you ever trained your calves bro? Do you train legs? mashdahshdasudhahadhasuhdasu
:p
This comment old bad
You missed number 4 in the end of video :)
Anyway, great informations about most important thing SCAPULA. Thanks for this tutorial. I hope I'll get my first full FL after I saw all of these advices!
this is the best front lever tutorial for sure, can you do the same tutorials for planche, muscle up, and human flag ?
Your tuck, advanced tuck and half lay looks the same.
I did. But not with these progressions because they are all the same.
GET LAID THIS NIGHT AND GET YOUR FRONT LEVER. MUAHAHASHDUASDHASHDASHDUASHDUADHASUD (other excercises that could help - sex) xDDD
Thanks everyone for there positive comments, i will say once again the scapula activation is most important, dont forget to practice retraction and depression everyday.. alot more tutorials, routines, videos coming! so make sure to subscribe!
really the best tutorial
IF ANYBODY IS INTERESTED IN THIS SONG AND MORE EPIC MUSIC, PLEASE FIND Walid Feghali ON TH-cam AND SOUNDCLOUD. THUMBS UP SO EVERYONE CAN SEE THIS.
Really detailed progression for the front lever, Thank you!
You did Calisthenic all the way from the start till you are 100KG? Or in between you did some weight training to put on mass?
Thanks for great movements to work into my ring routine.
1. frontlever is not a hollow posistion, its an extension.
2. rings is easier for me.
thank you
probably one of the best body weight channels on here, respect from NYC BARNATURALS
thanks, since u mentioned the vinegar and stuff, which i agree with, try to chop up raw garlic and put it in a bottle of apple cider vinegar and let it stand for 7-10 days and then drink it. good stuff
2 questions: do you feel like the hollow body possition is important for the front lever.
and do feel a difference in difficulty between the rings and the bar.
nice video!
2:40 That's not a tuck FL, but rather an advanced one : ) ...maybe you got confused during the editing process.
ASDUASDUHASDUH...MORTAL CAMERA.....
This is a very good video, I will add it to my beginners playlist here on youtube and show it to many ppl.
Good stuff! Very impressive!
+littlebeastmtraining brother what should be technique while doing front lever pullups, reteracted back or hollow back??. and do we have to do retaraction in advance tuck too??
. thnks
respect
The best tutorial on front lever I've seen on youtube. Thanks mate for this outstanding job.
While i don't think this is what most of us would call "English" i do agree with you, i would really like a planche progression tutorial as well, as this one was very helpful!
I think the scapula position is the thing holding me back from moving onto the next progression (currently on the flat tuck). Is it the scapula really important in this exercise? A lot of videos do not emphasize it but you have a lot in this video
best tutorial !!
I'm trying to get this move still down from September. Hope I can get it down on this year september. I won't give up on this. Already can go a dragonflag on pole.
Nice video and I salute you if you need to work that many progressions to get the elusive front lever.
I actually think the use of hips/ core like in sex would really help the FL, also the part im stuck on
i am training front lever about 2 months from other tutorial nothin happend, after ur tutorial i just had it after 1 week thats what i needed, thank you
Awesome video! i saw your comment on fitnessFAQs video earlier haha also an idea for your next workout video name could be "The Human Condition"
Why the scapula retraction? For form/aesthetic, added leverage, or simply to work more muscles?
Very nice, especially with the retraction/depression tips.
Great Video !!! Littlebeast !! Extraordinary Help !!
Planche Training Tutorial need very, very :)
therefore the planche irresistible bitch !!!
Now I see why my front lever sucks lol.
I see that you do small range of motion when doing FL pulls,is there any more benefit doing full ROM fl pulls?
Food.

Very good tutorial man! Sure I will try all your explanation. Thanks!!
Good shit bro really enjoyed this tutorial!
Zdravim ked mam problem s pravou lopatkou ze sa mi tak vysuva (Winging Scapula) mam ist s lekarovi ci sa to da s napravit s cvicenim?
lol lbm's tuck is harder than advanced tuck! actual tuck is with knees to chest!
You advise to use scapula retraction for the FL whereas everywhere else I see and read they say use hollow body which I believe is protraction. I have tried both and with the hollow I can hold for few seconds but retraction.. Not more than 1 second. Are you recommending it because it's harder?
Hollow body does not refer to protracted scapula
@@callumbarnes554 yes it does u need to tilt the pelvis foward and protact the scapula
@@bighands96 no. You maintain hollow position in a front lever for example, but the scapula is retracted. Hollow body refers mainly to the pelvic tilt, and the legs. Hollow body holds are practiced in protraction due to most movements (planche, handstand etc) involving it. However this is not necessary. Honestly I've never heard of it involving the scapula either way. In a handstand when in hollow, there is also elevation. The hollow body position it's self in actual gymnastics doesn't require active protraction. Maybe it's the active part that causes the confusion.
Very useful information, thanks.
@Littlebeastmtraining How many times a week is optimal to do the routine?
very good tutorial for FL!!! thumbs up an keep on with the good work!!!
