I injured my something in my back (upon research i found out, it could be something to do with teres major). Now i am having pain under my armpit radiating towards elbow while doing pullups. The pain isn’t too bad but it definitely creates discomfort while doing a lot of pull movements in day to day life too. Its been 2 days since this happened. What could be the reason, can someone answer this please and what are the remedies.
i think the secret to this move from what i know is the L-sit if u can hold a L sit so good for a long time with no shaking i think the front lever would be so easy to get thats how i unlocked my front lever
l sit has nothing to do with front lever, l sit is ab compression and front lever uses ab extension and is mostly a back exercise. stop spreading misinformation
@@zwwz1424 but u can lower ur self from it to the front lever slowly till u get used to it and get it idk everyone is not the same bro for me it helped

@@shubhan_cali yeah keep it up bro, me im doing great in FL, i have SAT, 10 wide feont pull ups ( not so clean form ), i have victorian press, i have victorian 14 seconds, one arm feont lever, one arm front lever press but bad form, dislocated front lever, front touch press, and insane and solid combos, i got a solid front i can say, alhamduillah, i ll post a reel in instagram where i show my new progress, of course all this needs dedication, patience and hard work
i havent been training much since jan this year but i used to train 2 hours a day, for 5 days a week, i would rest on the remaining 2 days, or anytime i need to rest
im 21 years old skinny fit i did the front lever in just a month of working out now im working harder to hold the front lever for a longer time 15 seconds+

i js tried front lever n managed a 12 sec adv tuck front lever hold. watching this vid has made me motivated to train harder for front lever.

Any tips on how to start I can only do the first exercise shown at 0:12, how do I progress? What exercises did you do?
Try to hold it for 10-15 seconds for sets and then when you get stronger move to the next progression and then repeat
