I feel like this is the second most adapted Mario track in the games after the underground theme from Super Mario Bros. It just appears in so many games
@@rodrigolima6 It’s the same way with Zelda. The main theme actually doesn’t make very many appearances in the series aside from as a leitmotif in other songs or very briefly at the end of the climax. The fairy fountain song has appeared in damn near every game since A Link to the Past though.
I love Sochi’s intro and I wish the rest of that game’s mix was as much of a bop as most mixes are. It really falls off after the intro though, so glad the other mixes are here to cover for it haha
I can imagine n64 Mario sliding down an endless slide and meeting more and more Mario’s from the other games all sliding together as each of their songs come in along with each of them humming the slider song
If they released an new & inproved (remade) Mario 64 called Mario 64 Remastered, complete with revamped versions of the original songs, this would either be the Slider theme, or the credit theme.
See, much like 1-1 or Gusty Garden Galaxy, Slider is a song that Nintendo knew they perfected the first time around and just kept making it in different ways and nobody complained
