Loved it, man. My progress from the earlier advanced combos workouts to this one has been great! Owe it all to to your channel. Keep up the great work, coach! 🥊
Just finished with this workout and it was great. With the combos you set up, once you get the timing down the "flow" feels smooth. Can't wait for the next exercise like this one, keep up the great work! 👍💪
So glad to hear that! And yes, absolutely! Boxing training is one of the best forms of H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) cardio! Check out the Cardio Workouts playlist on my channel to get the most out of your bag. Keep me posted and let me know if I can help in any way!
@@reflexbagworkouts thanks! I did cardio kickboxing classes for many years and loved it. The reflex bag is not as heavy obviously but it’s convenient at home, so I was wondering if it would deliver a similar workout. I will check out that specific playlist as well.
Oh definitely! Most reflex bags can't handle the same amount of power as a heavy bag, but on the flip side hitting a moving target requires more coordination and agility. AND once you start getting into more advanced training (like defense, head movement, and footwork) I'd argue the Reflex Bag is even MORE effective for cardio because training defense with a moving bag requires you to engage more of your core and lower body. Most boxing/kickboxing classes on a heavy bag focus mostly on just punching and it's easy to just stand in place and slug away once you start to get tired. But that's not an option with the Reflex Bag because you have to keep moving in rhythm with your bag. I think the challenge will be a refreshing change of pace from the classes you used to take!
And if you start to get into it I'd think about upgrading your bag down the road. The high quality Reflex Bags really open up the possibilities (and cardio benefits)
@@reflexbagworkouts awesome!!! Thanks for taking the time out to share all this info!! I added the cardio playlist to my library so that starts tomorrow 👍👍👍!
Terrific work out pal. Love the complicated combination and thanks for the mention. I'm really enjoying what you are doing, keep it going please.
Absolutely! Appreciate the continued support Steven!

You’re Just a genius in teaching, dude. Love all these breakdown. ❤ You just turn my home to be a boxing gym!! 🎉
Thanks so much bro! Your enthusiasm fires me up every time! Were you able to land the 15 move combo??
@@reflexbagworkouts I couldn’t do the combo at first. But with your step by step breakdown in rounds, I nailed the 15 combos 🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊
Enjoying these videos. Someone just gave me a reflex bag and I’m new to it’s use. Are there any cardio benefits to using this bag?
