I heard on a Country doco of some kind that a young and upcoming Millennial star that he met John Anderson at one of Anderson's concerts when he was a kid. He made the usual declaration of being the star's 'biggest fan,' to which John responded by challenging him to sing 'Chicken Truck' to prove it ('CT' being one of Anderson's more obscure songs).
Another chicken truck song is CW McCalls' "Wolf Creek Pass". Other good John Anderson songs, "Swingin'", "Seminole Wind", and "Wish I Could Have Been There".
I always loved John’s music!
When he does country it’s pure stone cold country, but he had some of the coolest rockabilly songs I ever heard!

I saw John open up for George Strait in the 80s. He showed George how to put on a show that night
I haven't heard that song in years so happy to hear it again, you might like his song called old chunk of coal

Oh Lort I hate riding behind a chicken truck...feel so sorry for the poor chickens!
Tasha needs to do W.A.S.P "Animal".
