Kamado Joe | Grilled Chicken Breast

I'm going to walk you through how I use the Kamado Joe to grill three juicy chicken breast. Breast are very good, yet often dry and overcooked. Also, I use a digital thermometer for most of my cooks to help deliver consistent results.
