The whole series of videos you have made about burnout, chronic fatigue, exhaustion, depression, pain relief, etc have been so very helpful in managing my life better.
I'm so sorry for the impact of negative comments of others. They often post comments that they wouldnt make face to face.
I hope you are able to recover a sense of peace, hope and joy again. Take the time you need to be your best, be kind to yourself.
Thankyou for the difference your videos have made in my quality of life. Thankyou for keeping them free.
I'm sure as long as your videos are available I will be listening along, hopefully for the rest of my life. Each time I listen I have an awesome experience, learn how to cope and continue the healing journey.
Blessings from South Eastern Australia, Dot

I am so glad my work has helped. What you wrote is exactly why I decided to take the listener to a sunny escape in paradise at the very beginning. We all can benefit from stepping back from our everyday life as a way to regain both perspective and hope. Here to help and support you, Sarah 💛

On the other hand it's her work. So I think it's okay having at least in the beginning of the video and at the end. The audio is already here for free to us anyway

So glad you found this session and the messages you needed to hear. And I truly believe that most who need this session are so used to living in a state of utter burnout and exhaustion and are so used to carrying on with little to no support that it has just become a way of living. Or surviving. I hope this helps. 🙏. Thinking of you, Sarah 💛

Living with "it" is not really a choice or decision we made, whatever the "it" is or whether there are multiple "it's" in our lives. We breathe and live with whatever life has handed us. I think it definitely sucks though that so many beautiful sweet people are living with treatable symptoms or with symptoms that could be better managed if someone cared enough to see the suffering/pain/discomfort and decided to help us.
If the system had a focus on treating symptoms before they got to the level of emergency, urgent, needing to be in hospital... If the health system was not mostly about money in and money out, cost VS benefit.
We would live in a better society if changes were made so that help was offered no matter how sick/unwell or in pain we were.
At the moment I don't qualify for help with some of my symptoms. instead I have to wait until the symptoms worsen and more damage is done to my body, I have to be suffering more before the health system will do anything.
I sit/lay here, basically housebound and unable to do much because of the sheer number of symptoms I have. How sick do I need to be to get help? The doctors can't answer that question for me.
Thankfully I can lessen my suffering by listening to your videos and a range of other channels on TH-cam. Your videos help to distract me and allow me to rest while I wait.
Blessings from South Eastern Australia, Dot

I'm the Empress and after a lot of thought wrote a long message to my dm. It was almost completely what you said in this video. We are both going through very stressful lessons and neither of us are coping well, bottling up our worries. Thank you for this, I shall use it every night. Your voice is beautiful, soft and soothing. I'm so grateful. God bless you. 😇xxx.

What you say resonates with me deeply. And I'm so sorry you're going through this. While I can't know your own experience, my own struggles used to echo the exact same feeling of falling into a pit and with no way to pull myself out. But there is a way out. I would say the solution is a mix of many things. But I have found two common traits of those going through burnout is a high level of conscientiousness, as in a high sense of personal responsibility, and the second is weakened personal boundaries. Boundaries with personal space, with others, with what is asked or feels imposed, family, personal, work and all commitments of all kinds. "No" needs to become an easy word for everyone with burnout to say. And I absolutely understand that this is not the one-word magic solution. But it's part of the solution. Nutrition, rest, making it a habit to take care of self are also factors. There can be deeper issues too: a history of neglect, trauma, fear-based living, unhealthy relationship dynamics, financial insecurity, existential angst and more. But boundaries is still part of the recovery, I'd say. It may be this session or my other burnout session where I remind you to "never again say yes to someone else if it means saying not to yourself". As a conscientious person, you have to know that by saying no, you will never become selfish, trust me. I know there can be bigger issues here, from lack of time and money to deeper existential questions underlying burnout and depression but I've never met someone in burnout who did not have an amplified sense of obligation towards others. If I've completely missed the mark here, I apologise but your comment really speaks to my heart and I really want you to know there is help, whether from myself or from others. 💛🙏 Wishing and intending the very best for you, Sarah.

Is this a sleep hypnosis? It doesn't mention that in the title...

    • @unlockyourlife
      @unlockyourlife  28 วันที่ผ่านมา

Hypnosis is heard by your subconscious whether awake or asleep so you can fall asleep at any time. I suggest people lie down to be comfortable and relaxed, as relaxation is one way to enter into theta state. Hope that helps, Sarah
