I hope you incorporate more band work in the future! Those Bulgarian Split Squat to RDL sets were fire! 🔥My posterior chain muscles are activated, and ready to push me into my day!

@@ChrisEdi The execution of this workout today was great. The band made so much difference right from the warmup to cooldown. As always, the Bulgarian followed by single leg RDL was a killer 🙂
As someone who struggles with posture, this exercise was exactly what I needed; it really relaxed my back. 🫠 As always, it was an effective and enjoyable routine. Thank you, Chris & Edi! 🪷
