Is that pump submersible? Also, that pickup tube looks as if it would create quite a bit of turbulence. Is it smooth on the inside and ribbed on the outside? Another issue I see is that the tube is bent to fit in the box. Is this a true pickup tube or just a feed tube from the pickup tube? Not dissing the product, just pointing out things I noticed. Can't wait to see updates on the Skylines. Need my fix. 😁
Yes is is a "in tank" pump. Those pickup tubes are meant to go from the pump the the fuel tank top hat. They are the most common type of "all fuel rated" in tank tubing found with almost any pumps these days. It is ribbed and they are meant to be able to have curves in them so I wouldn't worry much about it being bent to fit in the box - they are meant to "bend", it isn't "bent" as in the hose is not damaged.
