Digital Court Reporters should protect their USB flash drives storing working material on.

Digital Court Reporters save and store their work documents on USB drives for backup purposes, however, many times people tend to forget to protect those drives.
It could be a tiny USB flash drive, or a bigger 5TB WD (SanDisk or Western Digital) external hard drive, HDD on which many of us store files and working material, including attorneys.
Thus, I felt, it is imperative to call attention to it.
In this video, I am showing one method to protect files and folders on USB storage devices, by using the SanDisk Secure Access software, but there are a few other software as well, to provide some level of security, including Windows 11.
