Spanish, Balinese & Mediterranean are one of the warmest architecture.... Very beautiful....
Yes, and this home has two of the three that I can tell. But, then, historically, it makes perfect sense for this Spanish design to have strong Moorish influences with "traditional" Mediterranean touches (though Spain and North Africa are geographically also included in the term). Inspired touch. Very well done.

My thoughts are once you buy it, you ADD those very personal touches to make it custom MADE for your liking -- lots of freedom and space to CREATE--gorgeous hone and very spacious, pleasing and wonderful natural lighting EVERYWHERE -- an artist like myself LOVES💖💖💖

"Made to look like a mansion" and "spinning"? So, there is some sort of deceit in the intent to sell the house, you think? It looked spacious and filled with light, indicating good design, but it didn't look like a mansion to me. But, I can see that realtors would want to generate as much interest as possible. Hmm

I love spanish style homes but in a hot climate like ours the house would be too hot with this much light
I guess depends which way the windows are facing.
The old ones were constructed with very thick walls thereby keeping it cooler in summer and warmer in winter. A beautiful home possibly fairly old as this is a common style in the L.A. area. This style and Craftsman cottages are my favorites which also were prevalent in Los Angeles. Grew up there ages ago!
