I guess it shouldn't be surprising to me that this video is about christian apathy and barely anyone seems to care about it. The cold response to this video helps prove my point. This also leads me to suspect that many of the Likes on my previous video are from bots and not actual people. In this video, I share about someone's brother dying from suicide I give examples of how apathy is rampant in the church and viewers response seems to be: "Yawn. Who cares. I don't see how this applies to me in my life."
I love your videos! I am out of order and need to go back and watch the previous one but I was thinking the parable of the good samaritan would apply to this subject.
HI Tim, Thanks for responding and for the the encouraging words. Thanks for sharing about the good samaritan as that is a great point and it definately relates to this issue. There are other examples as well we have in the Bible demonstrating the sin of apathy. The story of the rich man and Lazarus is another one where the rich man did nothing to help Lazarus and Lazarus die. Even while being tormented in hell, he STILL seemed to have no shame over his apathy towards Lazarus in his earthly life.
