A Reimagining of Culture, Politics, and Law | This year, on the 160th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation, we partnered with the University of Texas at Austin's Center for the Study of Race and Democracy on their annual Juneteenth Freedom Summit. Our three panels covered the intersection of patriotism and justice, how to disrupt systems not built for us, and the importance of storytelling in reclaiming our narrative.
