(Don't Fear) The Reaper; Thermal Katana Only (Very Hard Difficulty) // Cyberpunk 2077 Secret Ending

"You, me & Arasaka Tower" .. and yes, that missing Arasaka Thermal Katana from the Cyberpunk 2077 promo materials.
“(Don’t Fear) The Reaper” is a secret quest from the ending of Cyberpunk 2077. It is the most difficult quest in the game because each enemy are at the highest level plus your character V will decline in HP throughout the ordeal as he/she is critically dying, choosing the easiest difficulty does not cut it. You must be level 50 & equipped with maxed out gear, if not then you’ll die instantly & the story ends with V’s death. To enable this quest, you must choose a certain line of dialogue in the side quest “Chippin’ In” and achieve 70% rating for your relationship with Johnny Silverhand. When choosing your fate at the end, you must wait 5 minutes for Johnny to give the green light to go. I hope this helps :-)

Seeing as you're using a Katana, your Reflexes must be 15 or higher. You could have used the Qiant Sandevistan, instead of Kerenzikov; 12 seconds slow duration and only 15 seconds cooldown (can be further reduced to 1.8 second with x3 Heatsink and Legendary Bioconductor).

Thank you for the tip, I would try it next time. Currently I use the 100% bioconductor cooldown reduction mod for unlimited sandevistan. You should try that mod if you’re on pc.

Pre 1.5 the whole "stacking crit chance + crit damage" made everything endgame easy. Wonder how it goes now. Still qiant + 3xlegendary heatsink is op and broken.

It will replace a generic katana btw. You can use the mod “Edgerunner Bazaar” to upgrade it to legendary quality & “Weapon Mod Overdrive” to give it iconic weapon stats such as Satori.
