Cadillac Lyriq FAILS to hold stable CHARGE while Mercedes EV charges perfectly

The Lyriq SHOULD be holding a constant 7KW and 21 miles of charger per hour. Our Cadillac Lyriq fails to hold a stable charge at home, while our Mercedes EV charges flawlessly with the same setup. This inconsistency is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
