Double Handed Sail Hawaii to San Francisco - 1984 Wauquiez Pretorien

Our double handed return trip from Hawaii August 2018. We just completed the PacCup race and after a month in Oahu it was time to bring our girl back to Sausalito. We got lucky with a low pressure system that reached south from the bearing straight of Alaska allowing us to cut miles off the typical return trip. But none the less La Bonne Vie sailed like a freight train and delivered us safe and sound in 16 days.
