I have the Suunto Core all black and Garmin Instinct 2 Solar. Guess what. Despite that the Garmin is superior, I keep the Suunto. Why? Design and simplicity. Tired of charging watches. Suunto is 1 year battery. Military style watch. No BT, WiFi or other signals. I love it.
Hey , I’m a g-shock user , tomorrow I go to but the suunto core all black , I feel like finally I find I what I’m looking for .. I hope I will not doing a mistake …
I'm still loving both mine. I will always say a g shock is a good watch because mine always did good by me, but I love my Suunto Cores because of the data they give me along with the toughness. May yours serve you well.
Great watches, i also have all black red and the all black, my bezel on my is worn own to bare aluminum but they are good watches for any outdoor activities in the Scottish Highlands
@nycbike73 It really depends on how much you mess with it or use the different functions, and I tend to play with mine quite a bit, especially this first bit having it, just to mess around and check it out. But both of these watches went roughly about a year before the battery indicator came on, and I didn't actually wait for them to die. I just changed it out.Which was really simple to do, by the way. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!
If anyone is considering the Suunto Core (non-stealth) I suggest you find it in a store and closely evaluation the watchface and backlight.I have the Suunto Core (not the Stealth) and you can have it. The functionality is great, but the display on this watch is probably the worst of any watch I have ever seen. As your video shows, the glass is HIGHLY reflective and makes it almost impossible to read in daylight except at just a perfect angle. The nightlight is just about non-existent and except in complete darkness you can't even tell it is on. The digital camera you are using magnifies the backlight considerably. Never met a SEAL that used the Suunto Core or even heard of one that does.
Great review - you're becoming the Teddy Baldassarre of watches for hunters and hikers.
Hey, thanks so much. Thanks for stopping by and checking it out. Always nice to hear from you.

You selling yours?
Are you still wearing the Luminox watches?
@@FiremanFrach I'm not actually. I've been exclusively wearing my Suunto cores since I got them.
