The things you say are pretty great but unfortunately for me which i am a player playing in greek amateur league for some reason our managers are the worst i have changed 4 teams in the first everything was good but the coach left and i decided to leave as well but every other coach i have faced didn't used me at all i was able to see many worse players than me mostly slower than me playing (im playing as a RB) and i get very disappointed and i wish i was in any other country because they dont have that stuff we have here and its very discouraging for me and for many other players !!! (Also im 19 by the way) thanks for all your videos which helped me improve a lot !!!

Bro I’m 13 and I just started to like football before I HAted it literally now it’s my passion. Idk if it’s too late to start and my brother is 11 but he plays with U12 D1.
I know you wrote this 7 months ago but it’s definitely not too late. Just believe in yourself. I’m the same when I was younger I enjoyed playing rec but now going pro is literally all I think about. Good luck 👍

Gotta credit you for being pretty realistic with these tips. A lot of people do get motivated rather easily but end up not having the discipline to keep working for an extended period of time, which is something pretty much everyone has had to deal with. And your connections point is very valid, at the end of the day regardless of talent, having good connections can help you get noticed, and from there your game can do the talking.

Will, spot on on this topic vid. I was one of those guys back in the day . Started at 35 til 42 playing pro w/ MN Thunder USL ( lowest man on poll ) but grinding it out each day getting exhibition minutes and any other friendly minutes I could get. I loved it and embraced it . Just being with guys that are now so many friends still . My son is doing same ( but step better) playing pro 20. You have to have it mindset wise to do it for the right reasons.

Woow this is the important message I have heard this morning. Connection is the key of becoming pro. I have been told for 3 years now that my performance is beast that I can make pro but the only thing that stop me to go through is the connection. I wish I had more connection.
You've been lied to for 3 years and believed it, and now you believe even more ridiculous lie that your lack of success is due to connections,... you won't get anywhere listening to people who got no clue

Well now im 17 i remember when i was 8 13 years i loved and played football so i played to be professional in a future tho then i decided to quit due to fear of never making it, at 16 after 1 and a half year since i quit, i decided to return stared once again training on my yard every day multiple times a day. I hope i can make it dispite my country has lack of opportunities. But for everyone out there have faith and don't give up.

Some tips for young ballers such as myself:
1 train like you mean it, don’t go easy on yourself just because there isn’t a coach telling you to do it.
2 make sure to PLAY games, idc if it’s a pickup with locals or a 11 aside league you NEED to have the game sense at all times.
3 Don’t let your age determine when your done. If your 16, 18, or even 20 YOU CAN STILL MAKE IT just keep pushing until you have fulfilled you’re dreams.

im 12 and my biggest dream is to be a pro i think im actutally talented but i have one problem that i get so excitement and i cant even pass properly how do i fix this please.İf i actutally fix this i believe im going to be a pro i only need to fix that excitement on the pitch.

For me, in the month of October I have worked WAY more than 15 times, i trained every day!
It’s been a month of discipline now, I have a 4 pack (currently) and I can do travel and outside flip flap and vshaped vector etc. My power is getting more consistent and I’m becoming better at passing, I hope that I never give up and always work hard

i relised in last training session why i wasnt doing well. Its the mental and physical work. I put arround 50% into training and litterly felt like a completely different player. I was able to get passed any player, could make clean shots etc. Its discipline and physical work that will get you there.

The things if its your career that's suits u then u have to really enjoy it and u have to be self driven to put in the work to know if something is your passion. If u are always pushed to do it like a slave then its obvious its not really what u love doing.
