Overall I think this is a good video for showing Russian current E-stim. As kkwiens mentioned it could have beneficial to state contraindications for this modality. Mentioning that you are looking for a strong contraction without undue discomfort would also be good. Additionally, a patients treatment can be progressed by changing the on/off cycle durations. As they progress through treatment the muslce fibers should fatigue more slowly allowing for a longer on time and shorter off time.
This was an overall good demo of RC. The parameters were set appropriately for both the duty cycle and ramp time, following the 10 on/50 off treatment regiment. With the goal being a strong, tetanic contraction, however, I think the intensity could have been set slightly higher within the realm of patient comfort. In addition, I think the electrodes could have been separated a little farther apart, and it could have also been mentioned that the electrodes need to be oriented in the line of pull.
This method of muscle activation is perfect for increasing neuromuscular activation of inhibited/"shut off" muscles - muscle you barely feel an control.
Red&black Cape - it depends on a variety of factors, such as electrode placement, amount of adipose tissue (fat), size of electrodes, and intensity of the charge. However, it is never supposed to be painful, as both sensory and motor stimulation occur BEFORE pain. But it can be uncomfortable and if you were trying to you might be able to cause pain by maxing the intensity.

Is it use for muscle tightness?
is he doing the bicep contraction or is it from the machine?
The machine
Sir can I get bicep strength by doing this therapy coz I can't lift weights after my surgery i can able lift 2 kg so plz help...
yes you can
Incorrect pad size, too small. Incorrect placement as well.
I agree.... incorrect pad size, incorrect placement and cathode should be on distal place ( if it is the black)
iki kie opo???
Is it painful

So much wrong with this video.
