I’m binging this whole playlist on non systems. These explanations are wonderful concise and helping me understand so much. Love the visuals and flowcharts.
Very much like the clear explanations regarding the various strengthening settings for different muscles. I noticed though, Compex and some other device manufacturers' device instructions show to place the red lead farthest from the heart.
Thank you for an informative Video I have a question that you or one of your subscribers. I have been diagnosed with Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome in my left knee I have been to physio but have been told I need more treatment than I can afford so I was going to invest in ether a NMES or Russian stimulation unit and basically mimic the exercises that I have done so far at Physio. My question is a suggestion for the unit, I am not looking for TENS but I assume an NMES or Russian stimulation unit, in addition placement of the electrodes and settings (I am in reasonably good shape an avid cyclist) I realize this will be a broad answer but i just need a place to start.
Great video, but I'm unsure if your pad placement advice was optimal/clear. Have you experimented more with the machine after the video and how was your experience?
Dear Kevin, I hope this message will find you well. I am writing to inquire about the sources used for this video. Would you be able to provide me with scholarly, peer-reviewed sources that were used to backup this video? Thank you for your time. All the best, Diana Dzasezeva
I'm getting a TKA on my right knee. This explanation of how to properly use EMS is exactly what I needed.

if we have synovial fluid accumulation in the suprapatellar bursa , how to disperse it by EMS and where to put the electrodes?
do you use the synchronous or asynchronous wave form and does it make a difference.
thanks and great video
Hi, just my suggestion, may be the quads placement can avoid rectus femoris to prevent hip flexion. May be put at vastus lateralis
Thank you so much!
Can you use a tens machine for russian stim?
Thank you for the video! Did it hurt?
That was so interesting excellent thanks 🥊
