Charge, so when you override it with the Sour Nut effect, it is gone for good. NOTE: The skill L. Charge states that "Def is down", but actually is not DEF from STATS since it is not reflected there after using it. The formula is different, probably it is "all damage down by x%" or "resist down by x%". In my experience the damage is around 7x higher if you get hit by a mob while "Heal recovery" is active. I remember I used this skill to make tests with my Utsutsemi skill and Undying sets because of that, hopefully one day when I get enough subscribers to make SHORTS or POSTS I can show some of the results of those skill/set tests!
