Kudos to you guys! Take good care of your health so you can spread more love, help to those people who are depending on you, and most of all take care of our farmers, so they can continuously provide healthy food. Get your composting setup (BIG) started asap. All of your fruit and veg peels and scraps, leaves, gardening waste, small sticks, etc! will be great organic fertilizer. Keep some goat poop too! Also great fertilizer!

32:54 The pond that Donatello is in and going to be in will help your farm plants grow do to the Nitrogen rich water. Also bird poop is high in plant growing nitrogen, and every time my pigeon loft gets clean we used the poop on our plants. We had the greenest lawn in the town and used the city water district water about once every two weeks. Thank heaven for twenty 55 gallon rain barrels.
In Czech Republic non-alcoholic beer is really common. Since it's a beer country, the beer is the main beverage in bars, celebrations,... So having a 0 alcohol beer is a good alternative for people who don't drink, or pregnant women, or even for the drivers (cause no alcohol allowed if you drive) 🙂 But the non-alcoholic part doesn't make it necessarily healthier, still a lot of sugar in these things ^^
Great work on the farm plot Mikey and RJ. I’d like to advise you that you should be careful how much top soil you add on top of the immediate rooting area of the trees as this could prevent water and oxygen getting to the roots. Also as a landscape architect. That top soil is rubbish! You don’t want boulders and rocks in there. Ideally nothing bigger than 75mm in size. You do need some for drainage as the soil looks high in silt and clay. X

Try planting some unique veggies, watermelon radish, pea shoots, kalamamsi! Herbs, like basil, lemon grass, etc!
Hope you include a composting area and earthworm shed in your plans so you can enrich the soil organically and grow more veggies
