      Very well spoken one more time. If we do not stop and abolish the ATF we are going to end up in a civil war. The US citizens fighting off a democrat over reach. We are not that far from it now. This other subject reminds me of the ancient days of kings and lords and heavily armed tax collectors for the king going out collecting robbing the poor for the rich. Biden has armed the IRS to do just that and at the same time he is owing the IRS over $500,000,00 himself and will not pay. And has still hidden income form his son selling china our secrets that Biden leaves laying around his home and vacation homes for him to access.

The man doesn’t understand fire arms, knows his department/agency is abusing its power, and can’t give a single legitimate answer to questions. Regardless of your political stance, it should frighten you that there are people in control of federal agencies that have politically bias agendas and will knowingly abuse their power.

    How can a company be sued for making a product that works perfectly?

    • @xI777Ix
      @xI777Ix ปีที่แล้ว

      @@honpot2016 That example makes zero sense and here is why.
      Nobody sues asbestos manufacturers for asbestos not being a good thermo isolator, which what it was meant for. In modern times, drug manufacturers and medical device manufacturers get sued for contamination of their products with asbestos (such as residual asbestos in talc). Construction companies/builders were sued in the recent past not because asbestos was used as a thermo isolator and it worked great for it but because it was cancerous and they knowingly put it in buildings where there were other substitutes. Asbestos started seeing common use in the late 18XX's and only got its toxic effects widely known to the public in the 1970s; then it took decades for the toxic effect to build up and develop in people, which is why many law cases were seen in the 2000s.
      It's very similar to tobacco products. Nobody sues companies for nicotine being a good stimulant, they sue them for it being deadly. Guns are made to drop people and you can't sue the manufacturer who made a gun that does just that.

      @@honpot2016 Asbestos doesn't work perfectly. It has a carcinogenic side effect. PLCAA does not prohibit law suits from being brought against firearms manufacturers when or if their firearms malfunction or have a defect that causes them to fail. Biden has mischaracterized PLCAA as preventing ANY lawsuits from being brought against firearms manufacturers, when in fact it only serves to prevent frivolous lawsuits from being brought against them when someone misuses a firearm. No one bothers to sue Ford when someone gets killed by a drunk driver in a Ford vehicle. It wasn't the fault of the Ford, it was the fault of the driver. You sue the driver, not Ford. PLCAA is no different. You sue or prosecute the criminal, NOT the firearms manufacturer.
