The ATF cut the power to his house, turned off their body cams, or weren't wearing them at all, put tape over his ring doorbell camera, then proceeded to kick in his front door. Do you think they announced themselves first? Why would they want to conceal the events that happened? They were only authorized for a search warrant....NOT a raid. Most search warrants start with a knock on the door. Hard to say why they felt the need to cover up their crime in the manner they did, but the only story we get are from the perpetrators of this crime. As we all know, dead men tell no tales!

But I agree, if by some infinitesimally small fraction of a chance they do do that, there will be infinite regulation like in the uk and Australia. But we fought a revolution against those governments to attain what we have now. Red Flag law shouldn’t be done without proof of a crime
If a crime has already been committed then it's not a "red flag". It's just a crime and existing laws already cover that
there should be no gun laws if they're sane enough to be in society then they're sane enough to own a gun.
Punishment for false accusations should be more severe than punishment for the red flag itself.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
It deprives due process and the right to cross examine.

The militia were called the “minutemen” they aren’t the military they aren’t the national guard or any government regulated entity. Anyone that’s read the federalist papers, the anti federalist papers and the militia act would know that they are the people. It even directly says it in the amendment at the end “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed” that was added into the amendment because they (the forefathers) knew stupid people would follow and try to change words around to push total disarmament which is what gun control is. See Mao Zedong for your example and every other authoritarian.

The BATFE exists completely outside of the Constitution. Nothing in the Constitution provides for the establishment of such an agency, and in fact, the Constitution forbids any agency to create law, outside the legislative branch. And it does not allow the legslative nor executive branch to grant authority to write law to any government agency. Every "rule", "opinion", or "regulation" authored by the BATFE is actually null and void under literal interpretation of the Constitution.
Theres also no provision for federal "law enforcement agencies" in there.
The entire DOJ is unconstitutional and therefore illegal.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

The US Attorney General was a position in federal government since 1789 to advise congress on matters of law enforcement. It was actually Congress that proposed the creation of the DoJ and was signed into law by President Grant in 1868. Legally, they took the necessary and correct steps to create the Department of Justice.

Sadly, Wesley Hunt is wrong at 4:12 . As a lawyer & congressman, he should know that Second Amendment rights were NOT given to The People by our Founding Fathers (or the government). These rights are "God-given, not government given". Thus the government has no right to take them, or infringe on them.
