  • In this view I take a first look at making subtitles using by using the auto-transcribe feature in Accoustica, importing to EDIUS and using VisTitle Express to burn the subtitles in.
I plan to do more in the future, specifically looking into more to do with VisTitle.

It's CTRL + enter to split text in vistitle while keeping the timecode intact. I use Subtitle edit to create audio to text files, it's more accurate then Accoustica and it's free, it also automatically splits to 2 lines.

Did you try shift-enter, to split a long line in Vistitle?

I have just been told the simple solution is to make a VisTitle subtitle template with two lines of text and apply that to all subtitles. So one click would sort it out. I will do an update on this method when I have tried it properly.
