    Love the Video! Love what you guys do to these trucks! I wish I could get one from you one day! I have only one request. Please show a full shot of the truck in the video. I so badly wanted to see a full shot of the exterior and the end of the video came and nothing. Next time!! Thanks!! Cheers.

    Hey love the channel. Can you do more shots that show the whole truck and not closeups of parts. We want to see those awesome builds!

      @anythingscout  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      hey David! that is definitely the norm of our videos and something we want to continually improve on! the reason for the lack of exterior shots on this video is because we really wanted to highlight what we did specifically on this build as we didn't touch the exterior. thanks so much for the support and the kind words, we will definitely show more of the Scout regardless in the future!!

    While breaking down my 1970 Scout 800 for my rebuild I'm working on I uncovered an old pop top beer can lid. Lol

    Love your guys drivability conversions! I purchased a 2.5 rough country lift for my scout from you guys and was wandering if there is anything else you guys do to clear 33’s ?

    Beautiful!
    I have a very clean and original 78 scout. Can you give me a rough idea of what an overhaul like this would cost?

    • @cbassrobison8510
      @cbassrobison8510 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can go to the anything scout website to see how much it will cost.

    • @chillpill83
      @chillpill83 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Typical drivetrain conversion is 25k. Can balloon from there depending on what else you want to do. Highly worth it though and had it done to my Scout.

    What sort of economy can you expect from the 4.8L?

    • @anythingscout
      @anythingscout  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      you can expect somewhere in the 16-18 range with an average Scout and normal highway mileage!
