Looks fun, thanks for the preview - I liked Coffee Roaster a decent amount but I did wish that it had more of a success/fail state, this looks more like what I'd like in that regard
I wonder if the theme of more boats meaning more spawning is the fact as you have more boats you can reach more creatures as you can cover more area in a day? Thanks for playing through this it looks fun.
This looks sooo much better than Coffee Roaster. I play mainly solo, but I really disliked Coffee Roaster a lot. From what you've shown me here I'd gladly play this one 🙂
Is it too similar to coffee roaster?. I enjoy that one, but this one looks too familiar maybe. I wonder if I should spend the money on a different solo experience.
17:56 you already sold that one sardine at 17:43. you had 5 sardines and 3 scallops for sale and sold them for [8 for 3 scallops] + [8 for 3 sardines] + 2x[1 for 1 sardine] + [2 card bonus] + [-2 for the upkeep] = 18 money you had 43 so you should've won with 61 money.
I keep meaning to ask: Why are you the "Co-op Shop" when I don't think I've seen more than a handful of videos with more than one player? Interesting game, though I do think my budget is eyeing my oddly with my current run of stress shopping. Might pick it up if it crosses my path later, so long as the campaign doesn't have too many "FOMO" addons.
We only do solo playthrough videos, true, mainly because that’s the only way to have the quick, tightly edited plays we produce (I’m sure you’ve seen some interminable multiplayer videos like I have). But a ton of the games we cover are cooperative, even if the video only shows the solo play of those games.
@@OneStopCoopShop Ah, okay. There are quite a few "solo" plays that are two-handed, it's true. :) I found a few new games from your vids this last year or so.
Looks fun, but the last round seems too mathy for my taste, I can completely see myself getting completely locked up with AP while I slowly go through all possible options

I've been waiting for this one. Thanks for sharing! By the way, the sailor-striped bag is so thematic.
Thanks a lot for the preview. :-) This looks very interesting. I love small solo games. And with the theme it's right up my alley.
It's a fun one. It doesn't rise to the level of my favorite Scott Almes bag builder (Warp's Edge), but it's doing its own very cool thing.
I will defintatly be getting this one.
Salt & Pepper has yet to miss!
Agreed! This one isn’t to the same level as resist/witchcraft for me personally, but it’s still fun!

How is this game related to Coffee Roaster?
It was one of the games I compared it to. I found the feel of the games quite similar

Well sure, but why do those creatures need my presence to successfully have babies? 😜
Thanks for watching! It’s a fun one

It definitely hit similar vibes for me, so yeah, if you want a vastly different game to “fill out” your collection you might want to look elsewhere
@@OneStopCoopShop Thanks. Would you sell coffee roaster and get this? Or keep CR

do you have a video on your favorite solo games?
We have a few from previous years, and also recently I did a five-part series on my top 100 games. Many of those are solo

Yeah, the missions that mainly have a money target (not all of them do) can certainly get into little tiny choices that affect your success.
Thanks Mike

If I don't like the game when it arrives, I'm blaming you and Liz :P
Pretty sure that won't be an issue, though! lol
Totally Liz’s fault! 😜

IDK Throwing poor Liz under the bus! lol
