ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਘਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਅਸਲ ਕੀਮਤ ਨਾਲੋ 25 % ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਹੈ। ਬਾਕੀ ਵਿਆਜ ਅਗਲੇ 5 ਸਾਲ 4% ਤੋ ਥੱਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣਗੇ ਸਾਈਦ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀ।ਸੋਚ ਸਮਝ ਕੇ ਅਗਲਾ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕੋ ।
ਐਵੇਂ ਨਾ ਛੱਡੀ ਜਾਉ ਕਿ ਥੋੜੇ ਟੈਮ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਆ…..ਵਿਆਜ ਘੱਟੋ ਘੱਟ 2030 ਤੱਕ ਥੱਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣੇ 4% ਤੋਂ…….ਮੌਰਗੇਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਆਜ 5% ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ…….
ਇਹ ਜੋ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਚ credit bubble burst ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ…….ਕੱਲਾ ਹਾਊਂਸਿੰਗ ਬੱਬਲ ਨਹੀਂ……

what if the economy goes down and no economic growth or negative economic growth?? Negative economic growth can only be eliminated by the low interest rates. Wait, there will be situation where they will be forced to bring the interest rates down just like they are forced to raise the rates

We are over looking the whole thing. The land which was there 50 years back is the same land today then why there so much gap in the value? Is it due to population increased and space shrinking? I don’t think so. It’s more of Monterey system. The fiat money , over printing. Creating more and more gap.
