Then charge you a million dollars for a small house that merely cost 2-3 lakh dollars just to collect taxes & make you a slave for the rest of your life. The only way to escape this slavery is to make money here & invest back in India & make assests that can bring you regular monthly income.

Builder makes majority of the profit on the land and 18-20 percent profit margin is added on construction
