The Best Baked Scallops| Insanely delish

This is my fave scallop recipe. So easy, quick and yummmyyyy!
Ingredients:
12 pieces scallops
3 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
chopped parsley
chili flakes
salt (if you're using unsalted butter)
pepper
grated mozzarella or any quick melt cheese
bread crumbs

I made these scallops for the first time as an appetizer at a small dinner party. I had to give the recipe to each and every guest. Within the same week all 5 households had made them. Absolutely Delicious cant wait to make again.
