It's called the first and fifth amendment. I might find her to be a typical leftist myself, but she should never be forced to say anything. Furthermore, I have to be honest and say that, the way these GOP senators are asking this judge questions is along the same line as the Dem. Senators were asking Amy Coney Barrett questions about her religious beliefs and abortion etc. It doesn't apply.
I personally think that if a judge has a demonstrated record of impartial ruling, that is paramount. If a judge has presided over cases and only ruled in a way that you'd expect a typical leftist to rule, then it's a big red flag, same goes for a conservative judge who only rules in the way you'd expect a typical right winger to rule.
So the golden rule should be, if you have an impeccable record of impartial ruling, you'll make a good federal judge.

This is one individual. This person absolutely should be punished if they assaulted people. But transgender people aren't going around assualting people in bathrooms every day. I feel very confident saying more women are assaulted by men who just walk in the bathroom and assault them. Those men don't pretend to be transgender; they just walk in because public bathrooms aren't locked and there's no bathroom police checking your ID. Transgender people are also at risk of being assaulted. If a transgender woman was forced to use the mens room because she was born a man now you have a woman is using the mens room.

I also was gifted with a mother & father who are still together after 67 years. Yes we are blessed to still have them. I believe we were deceived in the 60s when all the civil rights turbulence & programs occurred. They seemed to be championed by Democrats, although it’s thought that MLK,Jr was a Republican as was his father.
