ISLAND HOPPING in CROATIA 🇭🇷 Exploring the ELAPHITI ISLANDS

It’s finally time to go island hopping off the coast of Croatia!
One of the things that is on every list of things to do in Croatia, is to, at least one time, go island hopping. On the day prior, Paige and I found a tour which was sold to us inside the city walls. The tour was roughly $50 and lasted the entire day.
We got up early and met our shuttle down on the road near our apartment. The shuttle would take us to the harbor on the other side of town where we would pick up out boat. 1:10
We met some great people on the same tour with us, and proceeded to the first island of Koločep. As we sailed, they served us some beverages, including some Croatian wine. 3:27
Once we arrived on Koločep, we were told by our captain to walk across the island and meet him on the other side. Aside from a small church, and the bay on the other side, there is not much to see on this island. 4:38
We got back on the boat and headed to the second island called Lopud. During the time we were there it was very quiet, but I could imagine it was much more lively in the high tourist season. We walked across the island to what we were told was the only sandy beach in Croatia-this needs to be fact-checked. The restaurant we were going to have lunch at was closed, so we went back to the other side of the island via golf cart and ate at the one open restaurant-Obala. 6:38
After lunch I sent Cedric the Drone up in the air for some amazing views of the monastery and coastline. 8:47
Lastly we headed to the third island-Šipan. It was quite a small island but had a definite charm. There was not a lot of time to spend there (there was not a lot of time needed) and so I sent Cedric up once again and got some aerial views of the area before we proceeded back to the boat, and then back to Dubrovnik. 11:20
