Is there a reason why you don't wear a mask, at least some of the time? Sawdust + breathing is probably not a good idea in the long-term and as you can't give up on breathing, seems to me the sawdust is the easiest problem to solve.

My man Nathan Elliott .. just over the North Carolina border into the mountains of Tennessee , has a real live reverence for Wood . He takes carefully harvested trees (NOT from clear-cutting..) and sawmills them into lumber . He is GOOD at what he does . Nathan just traded uP to a wider sawmill so he can expand his sizes . Here , he takes a 10 foot log of White Oak , a beautiful solid hardwood which thrives in the Carolina/Tennessee climes , and makes the exact cuts to retrieve all usable lumber from the round log , with the Ultimate Intention to extract a 6 x 6 inch Post of pure Heart white Oak .. yesh indeed . Y'all go 'head and wartch a master craftsman at work ~~~~~ ~>

Nathan, I've been meaning to ask you what you do with those barked flitches? Years ago I volunteered with an organization in middle Tennessee that got them delivered from sawmills to a location where they were cut to length, bundled, and donated to the elderly and poor who heated with wood. It's been a long time, but I think it might have been operated by or with the Sheriff's office because the men cutting them at the wood yard were all trusty inmates from the workhouse. I think they might have also cut up downed trees and powerline cleared trees for firewood, too.
If you have more than you need for you own use, it might be worth a phone call to see if your county has a similar program.
