The exterior shots of the house were real that belong to an actual homeowner, but the interior of the house was filmed on a set at the studio. A lot of viewers thought they were inside of that home, but they weren't. The entire cast was on a set.
I’m only 35 but I LOVE the classics: The Brady Bunch, I Love Lucy, The Jeffersons, The Honeymooners, and so on… my birthday is the same as Florence Henderson, February 14th, Valentine’s Day.
And still so handsome. Met him and Barry Williams, along with Maureen McCormick and Eve Plumb back in 1973 when they made a promotional appearance in the record dept of E.J.Korvettes Department Store in NJ. Was thrilled to plant a cheek kiss on both him and Barry. A 16 year old's dream come true. Still think they're two of the most handsome former teen heartthrobs from the unforgettable, magical 70's! Never tire of seeing "The Bradys"...
My thoughts exactly. It was embarrassing how she treated people on that talk show for daring to ask her questions about her experience on the Brady Bunch. What did she think they were going to ask about?
Brady bunch and little house alll celebrating 50 years and more shows how great those shows where. We need more shows like that these days . Brady kids stilll look so great . Mm
I watched very few of the Brady Bunch TV show. Barry Williams was coming to my state and the auditorium was packed with people I wasn’t truly a fan of his I didn’t hate him but I didn’t love him. Anyway, I want to add he was on stage for over one hour, incredibly awesome. One way I know this is because I did not look at my watch, I was not bored at all. He showed videos from the Brady Bunch he left the stage a couple of times and came back dressed in bellbottoms and a flowered shirt and a headband. I was extremely impressed at how well he did on stage. I stood in line and got his autograph… I still remember it cost five dollars, I think it should’ve been free but anyway… It was a very awesome moment in my life. I almost forgot to mention this happened approximately 25 to 30 years ago. 😊❤
I'm 62 and i use Brady quotes all the time. Our kids have no clue what "Marsha, Marsha, Marsha" or "It was Marsha...SHE WAS SMOKING!!" mean. Classic stuff!
When I was about 10 years old...(1974), my brother and I and some friends met "The Brady Bunch" actors at a park here in L.A. I'm not sure what they were doing there..I don't remember cameras so it might have been an event of some kind but not filming...Every, single actor was incredibly kind and so happy to talk with us. I'll never forget that!!! "The Brady Bunch" is my all time comfort tv show..even now at my age...I still can't get enough!!! xo
just watched the first season always one of my go to shows when sad the actors amazing we need more shows like these today taught great morals and togetherness loved the house
It is nice to see Eve Plumb join her colleagues after all these years. Watching the Brady Bunch together as a family on Friday night was a welcomed ritual.
Iconic show love it forever! I wish family life was still like this even though blended they were so wholesome and happy. Great family values and funny. My favorite episode is Peter as Phil Packer!😅
I’m a 54-year-old grown male so I literally grew up on the Brady Bunch with the Brady Bunch… Never realized how much older the cast was than I am… If you don’t love The Brady Bunch, you’re not American
Wow a blast from the past. Could not get enough of this show. Nice to see some members together again. I think if my memory serves me right The Brady Bunch was on Friday N.Y. time on ABC at 8:00 pm. This show is a classic, always will hold a place in my heart! Lol...I wish I could of bought the Brady Bunch house. It looks like it's in good hands. 👍 👍.
On Friday evenings, after our family sit down dinner, my mom would wash the dishes and I had to dry. I remember drying them so fast, because I wanted to get in front of the TV before the Brady Bunch song came on.
This is awesome, but I really was hoping that whoever purchased the home would offer tours for the public. If it is the 2nd most photographed house, then imagine the number fans that would be willing to pay to walk through it! That could potentially raise tons of money for charities.
This show always helped me explain my family to others. When I say I have 2 sisters that are the same age, people will say "Are they twins"? I just say, "Nope. Brady Bunch".
I grew up on The Brady Bunch, thinking how cool it would be to be as pretty as Marsha or Jan, but definitely with Jan's personality. EDIT: Born in 1960, I'm 64.
Yes I watched forever and the dancing with the Stars with Florence and Maureen and Barry rooted for them . And the house reinvated was so great to watch . Mm
I am a private tutor. I show my tutees episodes and have them answer questions about the plots and write synopses as a fun English lesson. (Okay...It's really an excuse for me to bust out my Brady Bunch DVDs and watch them too.) They all love the show, the theme song, the whole package.

It is a beautiful fantasy world - 3 loving parent, 5 fantastic siblings, a great house and a good amount of cash. It is a wonderful world to escape to.
There are still people who believe the series was filmed INSIDE that actual house. I explain to them that it was filmed in a TV studio, but they still don't understand it. The exterior of the house was used in long shots that we saw from the street. The show was never filmed inside that house.

They would have to make it ADA compliant and bring it up to commercial standards to open it to the public. That would ruin the house.
