But then, I was stuck there for days. In case it helps others, I had triple checked all cave entrances and at the 4th time I was checking, I realized I was forgetting caves in the sky! In particular, Great Sky Island, second entrance to Pit’s cave @ 0635,-1641,1485 is what got me to 100% (finally). I also want to acknowledge the Totk companion & guide app that got me there. Like the fellow below I never comment but this video and the others who wrote helped me get 100%, I am a 71 year old lady who loves all Zelda games, I was also stuck on 95.5% until I came here and the last thing I needed was Hyrule Forest Park somebody below mentioned it and it gave me 100%. My goodness. I was stuck on 99.83%. I find this video, and comb through the entire thing, double-checking your map against mine (even with things you don't call out), just to make sure I'm being thorough. In the end, all 4 missing locations you actually called out in your video. I was missing the Royal Ancient Lab Ruins, Faron Woods (even though I had Finra & Pagos Woods), Castle Town Watchtower, and Gerudo Desert Gateway (how was this missing, even though I visited the Sand-seal rental shop?). You're an absolute Gem! Thanks so much.
I was at 99.91% after checking all of my locations on a laborious Google Sheets floating out there, and this guide got my last two for me to get to 100%! I did not think to check for all Device Dispensers! The two I were missing were right at the end of the video (Wellspring and Lightcast Island) so I was super frustrated thinking I had watched almost this whole thing and wouldn't find them. Saved at the literal last minute! TYSM!
*READ IF NOT AT 100%* Update 1.1 based on comments and looking at some other parts, if you didn't get everything, here are some notes to mention 1: *CHECK YOUR CAVE ENTRANCES, AND GO THROUGH THEM ALL!!!!* Some caves have multiple entrances, and sometimes doesn't fully log going in. Check Zelda Dungeon for a list of caves, I might make a video dedicated to caves idk. *There are 4 sets of caves (8 entrances) on the Great Sky Island* 2: A couple of locations I missed. First is a bridge by the horse god bridge (both in Akkala and the bridge in Faron). I tried to assume everyone already did every quest so going to more niche locations. Next is Sky Mine (Located above Akkala Rist Peninsula) Even though there is a shrine here, the island is weird because iirc the location didn't update until I activated the Zonai terminal that activates the launchers. Also visit every arena and get every Sage orb since that the video more or less assumed that but just to be safe 3: Hyrule Castle West Passage - You can get in here by going into the Prison (Korok here), on the SE side (near where the Gloom hards are in the old hylian shield location) you can open a lift, go through a door and encounter a rail, follow this rail to the end (shield surf, etc. to it, some rocks block the way) 4: Hyrule Dining Hall - Located on the upper floors, I thought you visited this place during the Upper Castle segment but I guess not. 5: Get your Zonai Dispensers. Double check using an online site like Zelda Dungeon and mark it off as you go (What I suggest with caves) 6: Sometimes chasms won't update even if you dove through them
West passage, dining hall and pit caves were some of the last things I found. The mini stable at digdogg bridge was something I missed too using an air bike.
This comment totally saved me, I was at 99.95 and I was like what could I have missed I checked all caves and other locations but I didn't check the caves on the great sky island and it was pit cave that got me. Now just to finish 100%+ by getting all recipes and upgrading all armors :D.

I can’t thank you enough for the Eventide Island cave suggestion. I was stuck on 99.95 forever and I went through every checklist I could find, and nothing was giving me the final discoverable location. I figured I was in and out of that cave so many times but it never registered. Just got my 100/100 because of you so thank you!!!

Thanks for the video, it got me 5 things I didn't find, I went from 99.75 to 99.95. Probably missing 1 thing, guess I gotta go through which cave entrances I need, probably what I'm missing. The ones I found in your video I was missing were so easy. 1 - Chasm Under Zora's Domain (guess I saw it, but never jumped down) 2 - Royal Ancient Lab Ruins 3 - Nabooru Canyon Mine 4 - Meda Canyon Mine 5 - Device Dispenser on Dragonhead Island
Decided to go through the list of caves and found my last one for 100%. It was the regular entrance of Koukot Plateau Cave in the Gerudo Canyon, guess I got the entrance at the top where you drop in, but didn't exit the cave. Now I am completely done with this game, that is until the DLC comes out. I've done all Quests, Shrines & Lightroots, found and upgraded every piece of Armor, got every Key Item, every Material, completed the Hyrule Compendium, made all Recipes, fixed all Signs, Energy Cell upgraded to the max, same with all my Horses, every kind of Schematics, every Paraglider Fabric (even ones from Amiibos, I have every Zelda Amiibo released), even made an awesome looking House. Kinda sad that I'm completely done, but also happy.
OMG! I never noticed the Ulri Canyon Mine when skimming over the map (those damn roots). THANK YOU!! Now I also have 100%. My other missing locations where the East Passage in Hyrule Castle, the Resevoir Lake and Castle Town Watchtower, that one Zonai Dispenser in the Construct Factory and that one VERY small bridge, Gleeok Bridge. Thank you again.
thanks for the thorough video! helped me get to 99.95% and i was about to go crazy trying to find the last .05% until i read some comments. my last location was the north akkala sky archipelago with two small sky islands near the lomei sky labyrinth. hope this helps someone out, in case you've missed the same location as i did :-)
As many others have said, thank you for your work on this video! I used it to find many locations, then left to do the koroks assuming I already had all locations. Turns out I was missing two. I used an interactive map to find a cave entrance I was missing (thanks to your tip about some of the caves having multiple entrances) and then came back to this video to watch again and realized I forgot the forge construct in Kakariko mine. I didn't realize they counted to map completion! Thank you again, great work!
Heya Just wanted to say thanks! Your video helped me fill in a couple of blanks in my map completion, though not the last .05%. For anyone else who got stuck like me, Mount Dunsel cave has two entrances.
Thanks! This video helped me get from 99.87% to 100% because I missed these locations: - Gatepost Ruins - Castle Town Watchtower - Water Reservoir Each map location is about 00.04%, but some are 00.08%. I missed 3, so 00.12% in total. The last 00.01% after I got to 99.99% was rounded up to complete the 100.00% I recommend double checking Hyrule Castle (it drove me crazy in BotW). East Passage (north-east of Hyrule Castle) is a tricky one. Double check bridges, groves, and mines. Mines are easy to spot on the map but groves require online maps. Some maps have search functions so I typed "grove" and manually clicked through the list and compared all groves. The name of the website I used was Zeldamaps or Zeldadungeon or something. Not all of the popular online maps are 100% complete. The Ruto Canyon Mine is also tricky.
@@Realestmfik After doing a lot of testing, I am pretty sure there are 2492 total map icons that count towards the percentage, and it rounds them down. So missing one location would be 2491/2492 = 99.9599% but will show as 99.95% on the map. Each one counts for about 0.0401%, so sometimes it will jump by 0.05% due to rounding. Also some locations have the names appear more than once on the map, so those will count for 0.0802% or more.
Thank you for this video. It helped me find the last location I was looking for. It was the Forge Construct on the Great Sky Island. I saw the map icon for it at 17:48 and I had a feeling that I've never seen that icon there before.

But these stupid as locations wheren’t mentioned in any of them. You‘re a legend and actually the only one making a usefull video on how to find all location marks.

I have completed all quests, all side adventures, all the shrines, Lightroots, Korok Seeds, caves (147), cave entrances (197), chasms (including Deku Tree), groves, canyon mines, ruins, dispensers, wells, stables including mini stables, shops, skyview towers, forge and smithing constructs, refineries, dragon tears, ancient tablets and fairy fountains (including horse fairy). I have all the Hot Springs, Faron Woods, Dracozu Altar, Floret Sandbar, East and West passages for Hyrule Castle, all the sky locations like Sky Mine and others mentioned below, Water Reservoir, Castle Town Watchtower, The Kings Study, castle town watchtower, royal guards chamber, dining hall, and Lost Woods. Guess I need to check every bridge again (UGG).

Yes! I finally got to 100%!!! What had happened was that 2 - TWO - CHASMS I had been in: Great Deku, and Skull Lake did NOT register. I also missed Faron Woods, the East and West Passages in Hyrule Castle, the reservoir (even though I had been there), the back bridges in Akkala Falls, and caves with multiple entrances. One of them - the Pristine Sanctum- I had ACTUALLY gone through both entrances! This video was a sanity saver! Thank you!

I don't know how to thank you (aside from the obvious which I've done). I'd finished all 100% criteria aside from recipes and the map, but upon finally doing the final boss I had 97.21%. I tried for myself and got it to 99.11% but was giving up quickly. You got me to the finish line, it felt like a miracle.
@@morgannoren5918 100% will always be subjective, but recipes are actually logged. In your inventory you can access a recipe list and it will have a fraction down the bottom right representing the recipes registered. Note, it only counts the end product, not every combination. There are 228 in total. Note, ToTK completion is very debatable. Some people include conditions others don't. For some insane people, that even includes getting 999 of every item (the thought of which hurts me). I pretty much did everything but that. I also didn't find all the old maps in the sky islands, because they only help you find equipment in the depths, which I'd already found. My completion list is as follows: - 1000 Koroks - 152 Shrines - 120 Lightroots - 509 Compendium Entries - 228 Recipes - 23 Mains Quests - 60 Side Adventures - 31 Shrine Quests - 139 Side Quests - 18 Memories - 135 Fully Upgraded Armor Pieces - 81 Hudson Signs - 100% Map Locations (All Discoverable -Locations) - 147 Bubbul Gems - All Paragrlider Fabrics (Available Without Amiibo) - All 34 Yiga Schematics - All 12 Schema Stones - All 6 Medals of Honour (All 250+ Minibosses Killed) - 58 Wells Discovered - All Monster Forts Handled - All Chasm Entrances Located - Max Battery (16 Batteries of 3 Charges) - All Device Dispensers (with rewards identified) - All Poe Statues Unlocked - All Rare Weapons Found - All Pony Points Rewards (Horse Gear) And One Dead Ganon (Shocking Spoiler!) And all abilities including Yiga Earthquake, though that's probably expected.

Thanks so much for the guide! As you even stated in the video, the most annoying location I had missed was the Dracozu Altar, though the video was a great help in finding a couple other ones I missed as well. Always, ALWAYS check behind the waterfalls.
Most of the locations I missed were some groves and canyon mines in the depths. Other were some ruins and 2 bridges in the surface. This video took me from 99.35% to 100%. Thank you!
Thank you! This helped me find the Smithing Construct and the Crystal Refinery Construct outside of Lookout Landing. My last location ended up being Hyrule Forest Park. Even though I had walked along the path and had already gotten the shrine, chasm, and korok seed in that area before, the location didn't register until I ran around trees off of the path.
10:46 - YES! YES! YES! SOUTH NECLUDA SKY ARCHIPELAGO! THANK YOU! I had visited this location MONTHS ago to take down the Flux Construct, and it NEVER registered as a location. I was stuck at 99.95% for a while, not knowing that that sky island counted (needlessly devious of Nintendo to place the trigger on the south side). Revisited it, and voila! 100%. Thanks a million!

You literally went over every miss-able location! ive been stuck at 99.95% for 2 weeks, decide to give it a break and come back to it today. turns out all the "common" ones people miss i have done, the one i had missed was Floret Sandbar 9:04 no where else has mentioned this little island anywhere!
Such a public service! Went through a list of locations and filled in several but managed to miss Applean Grove. Didn’t want to look for another list so this saved me from settling for 99.5%!
Thanks a lot for the guide! My last one was literally the last thing in the video: the device dispenser at Starview Island. I did scan for them on the interactive maps like everything else, but I guess I didn't see that one because the island is so bright. It also answered the question whether filling out the ??? spots on the devices list counts for anything, and it turns out it doesn't. If you're at 99.95% after checking all the usual suspects like cave entrances, bridges, groves, canyon mines, chasms, dracozu altar, other device dispensers... add Starview Island device dispenser to the list.
For anyone stuck around the 99% range- use a online map that shows where ALL cave entrances are. A lot of caves have multiple entrances, I gave up only needing three entries at 99.87% for weeks and then on a whim decided to check the cave entries. Sure enough that got me to 100

Thanks! After finally getting my 1000th Korok, and then Hestu's gift, I checked the map, which said I was 99.79% complete. I believed I was missing five places, so I got worried after only using four pins. Here's how it went: I already had figured the woods/grove rule. As you mentioned Hickaly, which I had on the Surface, I checked for the Depths' equivalent. Pinned. I somehow missed the Castle Town watchtower. Pinned. Then you mentioned the Docks. I was sure I had gone there, but my memory played tricks on me because that was one of my favorite BotW castle entrances. Pinned. Finally you mentioned Nabooru Canyon Mine! When I first explored this part of the Depths, I wouldn't check the map for suspicious places. It completely flew under my radar. It being a smaller mine surely didn't help me. So I visited them in order: Hickaly Grove: went up to 99.83% Watchtower: went up to 99.87%, which got me tense Docks: went up to 99.95%! I only checked it after retrieving the... treasure hidden there, so idk if that also upped the percentage. Anyway I got really relieved. And finally: Nabooru Canyon Mine: up to 100.00%! I also enjoyed getting some more zonaite 😊 Thanks a lot! Now I can focus on the few, smaller tasks left!
After getting all koroks, sidequests, monster medal and everything else I was stuck at 99.91%. My last 2 locations were not highlighted in the video so posting it here in case anyone else is missing them: * Near Kara Kara Bazaar, slightly south-west (between Desert Rift and Kara bazaar) there's a cave entrance for "Oasis Source". (can be seen in minute 7:45 in the video). * My last location was just west of "Lanayru Road - East Gate" there's a cave entrance for "Lanayru Road East Cave". The east gate is covered in the video, but I managed to miss the cave entrance as well. (you can see the cave in minute 5:23 in the video).
Last few things I found were in the Sky, there's a few far off platforms with Flux Constructs or Sage Wills and nothing else nearby that are easy to miss! These are North Akkala Sky Archipelago, South Necluda Sky Archipelago, and North Tabantha Sky Archipelago. Hero's Path on the Sky map really helps you know if you've visited a sky island or not. Good luck!

Two interactive maps and a google doc later, my last three to find were North Akkala Archipelago, The smithing construct to the left of Mineru in the Spirit temple, and The Kings Study in the floating castle, behind a hidden door disguised as a bookshelf (use Ultra Hand to look for the glow) in the north end of the library, level B3. That last one took me the longest, I have never seen anyone miss that one yet! Like 8 hours of double checking and searching!!! I hope to god this helps someone.
The Dining Hall in Hyrule Castle was my last location. I did not get it naturally in the course of the main story, Korok hunting, or anything else. It's worth a shout out!

I was at 99.91% after checking all of my locations on a laborious Google Sheets floating out there, and this guide got my last two for me to get to 100%! I did not think to check for all Device Dispensers! The two I were missing were right at the end of the video (Wellspring and Lightcast Island) so I was super frustrated thinking I had watched almost this whole thing and wouldn't find them. Saved at the literal last minute! TYSM!
*READ IF NOT AT 100%* Update 1.1 based on comments and looking at some other parts, if you didn't get everything, here are some notes to mention
1: *CHECK YOUR CAVE ENTRANCES, AND GO THROUGH THEM ALL!!!!* Some caves have multiple entrances, and sometimes doesn't fully log going in. Check Zelda Dungeon for a list of caves, I might make a video dedicated to caves idk. *There are 4 sets of caves (8 entrances) on the Great Sky Island*
2: A couple of locations I missed. First is a bridge by the horse god bridge (both in Akkala and the bridge in Faron). I tried to assume everyone already did every quest so going to more niche locations. Next is Sky Mine (Located above Akkala Rist Peninsula) Even though there is a shrine here, the island is weird because iirc the location didn't update until I activated the Zonai terminal that activates the launchers. Also visit every arena and get every Sage orb since that the video more or less assumed that but just to be safe
3: Hyrule Castle West Passage - You can get in here by going into the Prison (Korok here), on the SE side (near where the Gloom hards are in the old hylian shield location) you can open a lift, go through a door and encounter a rail, follow this rail to the end (shield surf, etc. to it, some rocks block the way)
4: Hyrule Dining Hall - Located on the upper floors, I thought you visited this place during the Upper Castle segment but I guess not.
5: Get your Zonai Dispensers. Double check using an online site like Zelda Dungeon and mark it off as you go (What I suggest with caves)
6: Sometimes chasms won't update even if you dove through them
West passage, dining hall and pit caves were some of the last things I found. The mini stable at digdogg bridge was something I missed too using an air bike.
This comment totally saved me, I was at 99.95 and I was like what could I have missed I checked all caves and other locations but I didn't check the caves on the great sky island and it was pit cave that got me. Now just to finish 100%+ by getting all recipes and upgrading all armors :D.

I can’t thank you enough for the Eventide Island cave suggestion. I was stuck on 99.95 forever and I went through every checklist I could find, and nothing was giving me the final discoverable location. I figured I was in and out of that cave so many times but it never registered. Just got my 100/100 because of you so thank you!!!

Thanks for the video, it got me 5 things I didn't find, I went from 99.75 to 99.95. Probably missing 1 thing, guess I gotta go through which cave entrances I need, probably what I'm missing. The ones I found in your video I was missing were so easy.
1 - Chasm Under Zora's Domain (guess I saw it, but never jumped down)
2 - Royal Ancient Lab Ruins
3 - Nabooru Canyon Mine
4 - Meda Canyon Mine
5 - Device Dispenser on Dragonhead Island
Decided to go through the list of caves and found my last one for 100%. It was the regular entrance of Koukot Plateau Cave in the Gerudo Canyon, guess I got the entrance at the top where you drop in, but didn't exit the cave. Now I am completely done with this game, that is until the DLC comes out.
I've done all Quests, Shrines & Lightroots, found and upgraded every piece of Armor, got every Key Item, every Material, completed the Hyrule Compendium, made all Recipes, fixed all Signs, Energy Cell upgraded to the max, same with all my Horses, every kind of Schematics, every Paraglider Fabric (even ones from Amiibos, I have every Zelda Amiibo released), even made an awesome looking House. Kinda sad that I'm completely done, but also happy.
OMG! I never noticed the Ulri Canyon Mine when skimming over the map (those damn roots). THANK YOU!! Now I also have 100%. My other missing locations where the East Passage in Hyrule Castle, the Resevoir Lake and Castle Town Watchtower, that one Zonai Dispenser in the Construct Factory and that one VERY small bridge, Gleeok Bridge. Thank you again.
thanks for the thorough video! helped me get to 99.95% and i was about to go crazy trying to find the last .05% until i read some comments. my last location was the north akkala sky archipelago with two small sky islands near the lomei sky labyrinth. hope this helps someone out, in case you've missed the same location as i did :-)

As many others have said, thank you for your work on this video! I used it to find many locations, then left to do the koroks assuming I already had all locations. Turns out I was missing two. I used an interactive map to find a cave entrance I was missing (thanks to your tip about some of the caves having multiple entrances) and then came back to this video to watch again and realized I forgot the forge construct in Kakariko mine. I didn't realize they counted to map completion! Thank you again, great work!
Heya Just wanted to say thanks! Your video helped me fill in a couple of blanks in my map completion, though not the last .05%. For anyone else who got stuck like me, Mount Dunsel cave has two entrances.
Thanks! This video helped me get from 99.87% to 100% because I missed these locations:
- Gatepost Ruins
- Castle Town Watchtower
- Water Reservoir
Each map location is about 00.04%, but some are 00.08%. I missed 3, so 00.12% in total. The last 00.01% after I got to 99.99% was rounded up to complete the 100.00%
I recommend double checking Hyrule Castle (it drove me crazy in BotW). East Passage (north-east of Hyrule Castle) is a tricky one. Double check bridges, groves, and mines. Mines are easy to spot on the map but groves require online maps. Some maps have search functions so I typed "grove" and manually clicked through the list and compared all groves. The name of the website I used was Zeldamaps or Zeldadungeon or something. Not all of the popular online maps are 100% complete. The Ruto Canyon Mine is also tricky.

@@Realestmfik After doing a lot of testing, I am pretty sure there are 2492 total map icons that count towards the percentage, and it rounds them down. So missing one location would be 2491/2492 = 99.9599% but will show as 99.95% on the map. Each one counts for about 0.0401%, so sometimes it will jump by 0.05% due to rounding. Also some locations have the names appear more than once on the map, so those will count for 0.0802% or more.
How to get to the east Passage
Thank you for this video. It helped me find the last location I was looking for. It was the Forge Construct on the Great Sky Island. I saw the map icon for it at 17:48 and I had a feeling that I've never seen that icon there before.

I have completed all quests, all side adventures, all the shrines, Lightroots, Korok Seeds, caves (147), cave entrances (197), chasms (including Deku Tree), groves, canyon mines, ruins, dispensers, wells, stables including mini stables, shops, skyview towers, forge and smithing constructs, refineries, dragon tears, ancient tablets and fairy fountains (including horse fairy). I have all the Hot Springs, Faron Woods, Dracozu Altar, Floret Sandbar, East and West passages for Hyrule Castle, all the sky locations like Sky Mine and others mentioned below, Water Reservoir, Castle Town Watchtower, The Kings Study, castle town watchtower, royal guards chamber, dining hall, and Lost Woods. Guess I need to check every bridge again (UGG).
Oh and I have the Ultra Ball site.
And checked all the bridges

Yes! I finally got to 100%!!! What had happened was that 2 - TWO - CHASMS I had been in: Great Deku, and Skull Lake did NOT register. I also missed Faron Woods, the East and West Passages in Hyrule Castle, the reservoir (even though I had been there), the back bridges in Akkala Falls, and caves with multiple entrances. One of them - the Pristine Sanctum- I had ACTUALLY gone through both entrances! This video was a sanity saver! Thank you!

I don't know how to thank you (aside from the obvious which I've done). I'd finished all 100% criteria aside from recipes and the map, but upon finally doing the final boss I had 97.21%. I tried for myself and got it to 99.11% but was giving up quickly. You got me to the finish line, it felt like a miracle.

@@morgannoren5918 100% will always be subjective, but recipes are actually logged. In your inventory you can access a recipe list and it will have a fraction down the bottom right representing the recipes registered. Note, it only counts the end product, not every combination. There are 228 in total.
Note, ToTK completion is very debatable. Some people include conditions others don't. For some insane people, that even includes getting 999 of every item (the thought of which hurts me). I pretty much did everything but that. I also didn't find all the old maps in the sky islands, because they only help you find equipment in the depths, which I'd already found. My completion list is as follows:

Most of the locations I missed were some groves and canyon mines in the depths. Other were some ruins and 2 bridges in the surface. This video took me from 99.35% to 100%. Thank you!
Thank you! This helped me find the Smithing Construct and the Crystal Refinery Construct outside of Lookout Landing. My last location ended up being Hyrule Forest Park. Even though I had walked along the path and had already gotten the shrine, chasm, and korok seed in that area before, the location didn't register until I ran around trees off of the path.

I had visited this location MONTHS ago to take down the Flux Construct, and it NEVER registered as a location. I was stuck at 99.95% for a while, not knowing that that sky island counted (needlessly devious of Nintendo to place the trigger on the south side). Revisited it, and voila! 100%. Thanks a million!

As many of the people here, I was stuck at 98.67%, then I saw your video and noticed that I was missing most of the grooves and canyon mines. Despite that, I got to 99.91% after finishing the video and started checking the comments for what I could've missed
If you are also stuck at that percentage and you are checking comments as me, be sure to activate all the forge constructs on the abandoned mines.
Specially the Tarry Town Abandonded Mine, Lanayru Abandoned Mine (Zora's region)

My last one was literally the last thing in the video: the device dispenser at Starview Island. I did scan for them on the interactive maps like everything else, but I guess I didn't see that one because the island is so bright. It also answered the question whether filling out the ??? spots on the devices list counts for anything, and it turns out it doesn't.
If you're at 99.95% after checking all the usual suspects like cave entrances, bridges, groves, canyon mines, chasms, dracozu altar, other device dispensers... add Starview Island device dispenser to the list.

For anyone stuck around the 99% range- use a online map that shows where ALL cave entrances are. A lot of caves have multiple entrances, I gave up only needing three entries at 99.87% for weeks and then on a whim decided to check the cave entries. Sure enough that got me to 100

Thanks! After finally getting my 1000th Korok, and then Hestu's gift, I checked the map, which said I was 99.79% complete. I believed I was missing five places, so I got worried after only using four pins. Here's how it went:
I already had figured the woods/grove rule. As you mentioned Hickaly, which I had on the Surface, I checked for the Depths' equivalent. Pinned. I somehow missed the Castle Town watchtower. Pinned. Then you mentioned the Docks. I was sure I had gone there, but my memory played tricks on me because that was one of my favorite BotW castle entrances. Pinned. Finally you mentioned Nabooru Canyon Mine! When I first explored this part of the Depths, I wouldn't check the map for suspicious places. It completely flew under my radar. It being a smaller mine surely didn't help me.
So I visited them in order:
Hickaly Grove: went up to 99.83%
Watchtower: went up to 99.87%, which got me tense
Docks: went up to 99.95%! I only checked it after retrieving the... treasure hidden there, so idk if that also upped the percentage. Anyway I got really relieved. And finally:
Nabooru Canyon Mine: up to 100.00%! I also enjoyed getting some more zonaite 😊

After getting all koroks, sidequests, monster medal and everything else I was stuck at 99.91%. My last 2 locations were not highlighted in the video so posting it here in case anyone else is missing them:
* Near Kara Kara Bazaar, slightly south-west (between Desert Rift and Kara bazaar) there's a cave entrance for "Oasis Source". (can be seen in minute 7:45 in the video).
* My last location was just west of "Lanayru Road - East Gate" there's a cave entrance for "Lanayru Road East Cave". The east gate is covered in the video, but I managed to miss the cave entrance as well. (you can see the cave in minute 5:23 in the video).
Last few things I found were in the Sky, there's a few far off platforms with Flux Constructs or Sage Wills and nothing else nearby that are easy to miss! These are North Akkala Sky Archipelago, South Necluda Sky Archipelago, and North Tabantha Sky Archipelago. Hero's Path on the Sky map really helps you know if you've visited a sky island or not. Good luck!

Two interactive maps and a google doc later, my last three to find were North Akkala Archipelago, The smithing construct to the left of Mineru in the Spirit temple, and The Kings Study in the floating castle, behind a hidden door disguised as a bookshelf (use Ultra Hand to look for the glow) in the north end of the library, level B3. That last one took me the longest, I have never seen anyone miss that one yet! Like 8 hours of double checking and searching!!! I hope to god this helps someone.

The Dining Hall in Hyrule Castle was my last location. I did not get it naturally in the course of the main story, Korok hunting, or anything else. It's worth a shout out!

Thanks for this video. This brought me from 99.31% to 99.95%. Last thing was a cave entrance which i found out with another video.

Thank you much, this got me from 99.57% all the way to 100%. A couple of bridges, a couple of groves, and Dracozu Altar are all I needed.
