In the upper right corner at the 13:23 mark you can see the suspect hop the fence at the junk car lot and run to where the forklifts are. From there he can open the gate and walk across the alley to where the duplexes are on San Fernando Rd. and Bledsoe St. I used to live in those duplexes next to the Jireh Honey Store and I know the people that own that junk lot.

I have been at an active case with deceased and my heart goes to the police who have to contain the area and come across as unferling, at times

The airship knows exactly where the criminal is hiding and the ground crew takes 1hr to get there and they expect the criminal to not move and just stay there as they slowly make their way to him? How about some organization. You get on a communication system from the airship to the ground crew and you can tell them exactly where the criminals are. If they had youtube streaming they could find the criminals a lot easier than the dumb way they went about this. It just goes to show that there's no sense of organization or systems in place to actually catch these people. If I was in charge, I could run this in a more effective manner
